We selected Precision because their website indicated same day service with no additional service charge. The technician, Dakoda, arrived within 90 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and repaired our broken spring and pulleys, replaced our old openers, adjusted the tracks and programmed everything. I highly recommend Precision and if you happen to get Dakoda, you will be pleased.

My first experience did not start off well when I was either misinformed or misunderstood about the price for the tech to come and fix my garage door. But when it was all said and done Raymond (my tech) and I worked it out and he was determined to leave with me being a happy customer. He did just that. Raymond was VERY professional and very respectful. I highly recommend Raymond and thank him for my experience. He took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into a very pleasent one. Dakoda not only installed my new garage door with extreme precision and demonstrated great skill in the installation but also 6 months later when I had problems with the opener operating properly he came out promptly set to work and diagnosed the problem and set to his mission of its correction. His abilities and dedication to his performance is not worthy of 5 stars but should be rated at least a 10 as he puts 110% of himself into the task at hand. He is a tremendous asset to your company and is worthy of advancement or greater rewards for his dedication and skills on the job and with customer service as well. I would be honored to have him in my employ as his performance and dedication to the job, customer service and manners are beyond reproach. A man of this caliber is extremely hard to find and deserves any and all rewards and advancement possible. Again, Dakoda, job well done ! I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer and it was pleasure to watch him work. When he finished the job he cleaned up all the trash and put it in his truck. He even wiped down the doors to make sure that no hand prints were visible. He communicates extremely well and is well mannered.

Excellent experience. Started when my web inquiry was answered promptly and inspection scheduled within a day. Replaced a wooden - yes wooden - 16' garage door and added a LiftMaster opener. Installing tech – Dakoda – was professional and listened to my needs. He was able to show the door options on his tablet and was quickly able to write up an order. He offered advice on insulation which I added to the order. When asked about getting a quite opener , he recommend the belt driven LiftMaster. The three button remote allows us to add gate control on the same unit. And no - we do not have an estate. Installation had a bit of an issue when it was discovered the standard track would not allow space for the opener track due to our low ceiling. Dekoda was back the next day with replacement. To offset the hassle factor he upgraded the bottom weather seal to work better with the un-even floor at no charge. All in all, a company that is responsive and professional with reasonably priced products.

I would give John Meyer a 10 but 5 is the highest you will go. John came to my house on March 30th to rescue my truck being held hostage by my garage door. He greeted me with a friendly smile and comforting attitude of how he could care of my problem . He was very informative, clear and concise on the procedure, cost, and replacement of parts.
