I reached out to Precision Garage Door to fix my Torsion Spring that was broken and needed to be repair. They came out on a Sat to repair it. My renter went to open the "fixed garage door" 3 days later and it won't open. They blamed it on the sensors not lined up and too much stuff in the way. Then they finally sent someone back out there to "look" at it...and then it was on the "garage door opener is out." I had someone else that doesn't work for them to go out there to look at the they said "it looked like it was jammed and installed improper. Be careful for me they took my money and I still have a garage door that doesn't open at all. Wish I would've when with Veteran Garage Door Service instead of them.

Exceptional same day service with choice of appointment time. Professional installation by Mr.Eduardo Ruiz who explained my options for repair or replacement and warranty with NO hidden fees. When completed he left area cleaner than when he started. I am extremely pleased with the Genie garage door opener and it is actually quilter than expected and more so than the lift Master I had. Travis came out same day and assessed the situation, explained what the fix was and noted additional items that I could choose to address now as well but was very low pressure about it.
