Called for service to repair damaged bracket on the door where the automatic opener connects. Scheduled for the next morning. Technician came and had everything needed to install a bracket to shore up the damage and replaced the automatic opener in about 2 hours. He also helped set up the door app on our phone. Friendly and fast.

Excellent service and work. I called at 8:15am, was given a time frame for the same day from 10:00am-12:00pm. Nick was early, called to ask if he could come at 9:30. He replaced our 23 year old door opener and button on the wall by 11:00am. Very nice and knowledgeable worker. We use Precision from now on!

I had a great experience using Precision Garage Door. The tech showed up on time, and we discuss the nature of my problem. After further discussion I decided to do general maintenance on both doors, and added a keypad. This was a great experience and if other issues come up I would definitely call them back. ~ jchambers
