Brian came out the same day we called to repair our broken spring as we were unable to open our garage door at all. We ultimately decided to replace all of our existing hardware and the garage door opener as well since all of it was over 10 years old and very worn. He was very professional and he competed the entire project in less than four hours.

14 years ago, Precision Door put in a new garage door for me. I decided to have the door maintenance last week. My technician, Travis, went over every detail of what I needed to have my garage working properly. He pointed out all that was needed and I decided what I wanted done. Travis was professional and respectful. I recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs.

My garage door finally failed after about 26 years. It had a cave in problem and would not close. The technician explained how he could install metal beams across each paneled section to give support needed for garage door. After that was done and a few needed preventive repairs, the door worked excellent and I should be good for awhile. 5 year warranty on work also. Very happy customer and would recommend Precision to all.

I got a same day appointment, they called before arrival, professional and in clean uniform. explained the process clearly enough for me to understand what was happening, why it was happening and all of my options. Marcus did a great job, sorry you had to work in the heat.

I was able to get an appointment the day I called, and they had everything fixed that same day! Eduardo explained each part of the estimate, and I was able to delete specific pieces that I didn't think needed to be replaced at this time. He is friendly and extremely patient (because I'm not mechanically inclined)! Excellent work and excellent service!

Gilbert the technician did an awesome job! The spring broke on my garage door and he was able to fix it and get it running in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did some me extra work on the door and it runs smoothly and less noise than before!

A number of issues with my installation. The control box was mounted out of square so it would not close. Self tapping screws left on driveway. Wire from solar panel to control box poorly routed. For the money I cannot recommend this company.

Dave was awesome! He let us know what time he would be there and was right on time. He explained what needed to be done and got it done quickly. He showed us some other things that needed to be done sometime in the future, but did not try to pressure us. He was very friendly and polite, would recommend him to all.

My mother backed into the garage door and knocked it off the track. The service rep came out and called me immediately and said the garage door is hazard and she should not use it. It needs new springs and braces. Gave quote for $1400. I told my mother to get a second opinion. The manager called back and said they would do it for $900 with less quality spring but just as good. I told her to wait. Another company came out today and it was simply off the track and charge $159 to oil the springs and and put back on track with adjustment. She is 85 years old. I told her to always get a second and glad she did.
