14 hours from when I contacted Precision till the garage door was repaired - on a weekend no less! The Tech showed up on time, was very professional, explained the nature of the problem and presented a proposal for the cost of the repair for my approval. I couldn't ask for better service.

Sam showed up on time and was awesome. He gave me a quote, explained how Precsion operates compares to Home Depot and started to work. He walked me through the app once installed. He cleaned up and emailed me everything right there after I payed. Very impressed! I highly recommend Precsion and Sam!!!!

We had to have two 16 year old garage door openers replaced. Precision did a fantastic job. They were prompt getting us set up. The service man was courteous, efficient, and the new openers are very quiet. They replaced the springs about 2 years ago. We were very pleased with their service and didn't even consider calling anybody else this time.

The technician you sent out did a fantastic job even though the system I have much older and my garage door is a non-standard size solid wood door (not the norm now -a-days) He was very courteous and knowledgeable and did excellent job. After hours emergency repair. Quick response. Called around 8 PM, and a technician arrived at 9:30 PM. Garage door was stuck on one side and off the track and elevated on the other side. Repair took about 30 minutes, and garage door is working as before. Prompt, professional, and friendly.

Raymond showed up on time, analyzed my issues, adjusted my opener, replaced my springs, played with my 190 lb Caucasian Ovcharka, swept my garage and made dinner then cleaned up the mess. What a company! Seriously, the whole evolution was smooth and now we are stress free regarding our garage door. An awesome job well done. BRAVO ZULU!

Precision did a great job. Our service tech Evan was fantastic. He explained all the options to us and was very honest about what was and wasn't necessary. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need which was great. Plus the service was super fast. All in all our garage door went from being broken to almost brand new in about an hour and a half.
