I called on a Friday afternoon to get someone to come check my garage door that I was having problems with. The next day, their repair tech, Edurado Ruiz was here and fixed all the issues I was having, answered all my questions. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors for any garage door installation and service.

I chose precision door partially for their no up charge on weekend service, and partially from their ratings. One of the five star ratings they had received was from an old friend of mine. I will second his rating of five stars! They were able to schedule me within two hours of my call and Tyler, the technician was a little early. He diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a little over an hour. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. He knew exactly what was needed for the repair and did it in a very short time. I would highly recommend precision door and Tyler!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SERVICE TO OUR ELECTRIC GATE. This appointment was the first time we used this company, and their service scheduler and on-site tech were excellent. Our electric gate needed to have two backup batteries replaced, and the tech was sent out the next day. It was pouring rain at the time he arrived, but he waited for a brief break in the storm and replaced them before the next big surge of rain. Job well done! Note: I had to make a choice of services performed, but none of them were for electric gate repair. I had to choose a garage door repair or it wouldn't let me leave this review. Hmmm?

The electric that was run to the electric gate looks poor and will cost me another contractor to fix. Also, the tech did a hack job on my gate and there a bunch or jagged edges now. This was an electric gate install, not garage door

My original garage door was damaged by storm winds and I decided to go for a replacement. Conner arrived within the window of time set by Precision. He assessed the damage and confirmed that the existing door is not repairable, even temporarily. He assisted me in my selection of a new door and upgraded opener. He made numerous calls to confirm availability and lead times. He was courteous and thorough.

We used Precision before when previous owners failed to leave garage door openers. Weak springs were also found. A year later the garage door failed and needed to be replaced. With assistance from Precision our car was able to be moved and a new working door was in place within 5 days. Only downside is cannot connect it to keypad. You can operate through WiFi from phone.

I definitely reccommend Precision if you are in need of repairs. Garage Door springs broke 3 days ago, called yesterday afternoon. Sam came today and replaced 2 garage door springs, 30 new door rollers and serviced the screw drive tracks. All 3 garage doors now function like new.
