Your representative, Evan Strauss, was outstanding. There is no question on Evan's professionalism. However, while the Company was able to provide help in getting the garage door to work, the garage parts are comparatively too expensive particularly for me who is on retirement.

I called Precision Garage Door and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. They charge a $70 service fee for diagnostics, which is waived if you go ahead with a repair over $100. Eduardo arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and quickly identified that my garage door opener needed full replacement — the repair would’ve cost more than a new unit. He worked withbmy home warranty provider to explain the issue and recommended solution. He walked me through several opener options, though I did feel the prices were on the higher side. Once I approved the work, Eduardo completed the installation within an hour. Overall, I’d recommend Precision for their responsiveness and service — just be sure to compare pricing before committing.

2 hrs late however Eduardo was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Explained all the pricing options clearly. ( Although I personally think there are too many) I also think the word “temporary” and the absence of a guarantee until last option is questionable.

The tech gets a 5. Very friendly, very respectful, super knowledgeable, quick to respond, great work. He got the door spring replaced and was even able to move appt up early. The pricing gets a 4. They were able to get out quick. They are competitive pricing and I understand things are just high but still a bit steep.

The tech was 2 hours late! Was told tech would arrive between noon and 2 pm, he arrived at 4 pm. Had to call the office twice to find out when he was going to arrive. Once he arrived he was knowledgeable and worked fast to repair the door. Repair charge was costly. In my opinion too high and I feel that the charge should have been reduced, my time is as valuable to me as your labor is to you.

The service was done on Sunday which is appreciated. The tech was very good. Looked at the problem and provided a cause. I have warranty on the garage door opener so I will have them repair it. I did think the price for the service was somewhat high

Came out , was a little early was ok I guess but would have liked if came at exact time, showed up in a wreck truck said he got someone , not to cool to show up in a wrecked truck, was a little worried , but said was just normal noise for the metal door did not make up a problem to get money , did appreciate that, and helped me open plastic part that a light bulb burned the plastic , that was kind and helpful , just hope he gets that truck fixed not really a good first impression lol! Waiting until the install is done before I give 5 stars, but I can tell you that the quote and order process is 4 stars. Fast scheduling of a quote visit. Tryton, our rep, was within the time period quoted to arrive. He called to say he was on the way, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable about the products and services, and answered all my questions. He explained next steps and was everything one could ask for in a sales representative. Would definitely recommend!

Good on-time, service and great staff. However, I was shocked to find out that my garage door "tune-up" was $150 per door, especially after I spent over $2,000 with you last year replacing openers and various parts. I won't be using your "tune-up" service in the future as I know I can get this service done locally for much less.

Prompt and professional. Used the chat on Saturday afternoon when the torsion spring broke. Had an appt for 10-12 on Sunday and Chris called at 9:45 Sun am to say he would be there in 20 minutes. He was. Fixed the door springs in less than an hour. Little frustrated that chat could not give a ballpark figure so don't know if it was a good price or not. Seemed a little expensive. But door is fixed properly.

Our garage door was making a loud noise when closing. Sam was very good in fixing the noise by tightening/replacing several screws, tightening the chain, and straightening the left rail all in about 30 min. Granted that I agreed fixing the noise for $196. However, I just felt that $195.99 for just tightening up is a little too high.

The tech was professional and on time. He was at my house 45 minutes and that included paperwork. He reset spring tension and sprayed rollers. I felt $350 was rather high for very little labor and no parts. I will be hesitant to call or recommend Precision again.

Originally came out 5/25 to fix a problem with the door jumping out of track. Tech showed up on time, said it would take about 45 minutes to fix the problem. He gave me 3 options, ranging in price from about $350 to just below $1,000. Didn't think I needed to replace the door so I went with the one in the middle, $523.23. Replaced the rollers, re-hung the door, greased/lubed/adjusted the tracks and that was it. Started having problems with the door again a few weeks later, it finally jumped the tracks again 6/24. Called them up, they had the tech out 6/26 and he found that one of the lift cables had gotten kinked which caused it to jump out of the pulley tracks. He replaced the cable, re-hung the doors and proceeded to test the hell out of it. In short, yes there was a problem with the first fix but they showed up as soon as possible, fixed it to my satisfaction at no charge and re-set the warranty to start anew from the date of the 2nd. visit. As of now they have a happy camper as a customer .

Well let's just say I wasn't to impressed with my service they rescheduled on me twice and when the tech came here he could not do the job alone told me he was leaving to get help and they got back hours later could only do one door before dark then one left and the other tech had to work alone but he was good and he said I needed some kind of door strips to help close the gaps and so now I am still waiting let's just say I'm not paying my balance until the job is finished

Precision was able to get someone out the same day to look at my door. Brandon was very polite, friendly and helpful. We discussed repair vs replace. The office in Arizona called me several times to discuss our options. They seemed to genuinely care about the service provided.
