I would highly recommend Precision for garage door repairs or service. Everyone, from the person taking my call to the repair technician (Kelvin), was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I called on Saturday morning and the repair was completed the same day, within a few hours of my call. These guys definitely provide outstanding service!

Friendly , on time, and overall pleased with the work done. Price was double of what was originally quoted over the phone with no additions to what was discussed. Also, a little high in comparison to all of my online research. I would definitely recommend but advise to shop around if you have time and price is a factor.

Today, John and Aaron provided me with excellent service with a detailed explanation concerning my broken garage door. John quickly identified the issue and worked with my financial situation to provide a high quality repair call. I had my springs replaced just a year ago that caused my door to buckle and bend one of my tracks for it was first the incorrect spring for my door and secondly the opener was set too high which caused increase stress on my garage door. I would highly recommend John and the team at Precision Overhead Garage Door for I selected a cheaper price before but I sacrificed on both professionalism and quality of service and end up paying more in the end.
