After an hour of trying to fix my garage door myself I decided that a professional was needed to do the work. How right I was as the repair entailed much more than I thought. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. My repairman, Timothy, arrived a little after 10:30 AM as requested. He did not reek of smoke or body odor. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and finished the job very quickly. I wish all repairmen were as nice and qualified as Timothy.
