Logan came to our home and we showed him the aluminum and glass garage doors that we wanted to order. Precision Door sent a technician out on Sunday afternoon to help us open our garage door which was severely damaged. Then on Monday another technician removed the old door and replaced it. Both men were very competent and professional, and I would certainly recommend Precision Door to anyone.

Excellent Service!! I called another company and waited half the day for service. They didn't show up and when I called to inquiry they wanted to reschedule. I then made an online appointment with Precision and within 20 minutes was contacted by Tyler advising he would be arriving in the next 40 minutes. The gentleman that came and gave us a quote was nice and professional. I ended up getting another quote from another company that was half the price. I got the springs, bearings, a couple brackets and the rod all replaced in the amount of money that I was quoted from you just for the springs themselves. Unfortunately, I don't think I will call you again.

Way overpriced get a few quotes. Make sure you get a quote from them before they perform the work. Prices for parts are double and triple what they should be. Won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend. Completely took advantage of my wife while I was out of town.

Called for service to repair damaged bracket on the door where the automatic opener connects. Scheduled for the next morning. Technician came and had everything needed to install a bracket to shore up the damage and replaced the automatic opener in about 2 hours. He also helped set up the door app on our phone. Friendly and fast.
