when I called customer service they misinformed me by giving me a minimum package of $499, which according to the CS agent included garage door opener and installation. I made apptm and when the guy came said the less expensive was over $1,000 and that CS handles different states and can make mistakes. Also everytime I asked CS a question their answer was I don't know. I called 2-3 times and it was the same poor service where they don't know what they are selling. Of course I canceled everything.

Evan was simply amazing! He was able to explain all the differences in the various models of door openers available. He gave a great overview of the features. Evan was able to begin work immediately which was completed within a less than expected amount of time, and shared his expertise on best operational use. He installed the opener and within an hour I was able to use my garage door again. He was pleasant listened and provided excellent customer service. They scheduled my appt late Friday am for mid day Saturday. Tech called prior to arriving and fixed the door in no time. Price of material seemed high, based on pricing of parts on the internet, but willing to pay for service like that any day. Awesome job and awesome service

Not happy at all. I feel like I got majorly ripped off today. $260 to mount the track back on the wall?? And my garage door opener doesn’t really work 100% still. The guy knew it when he left and his suggestion was to replace it. This should have been a $100 at most. Won’t ever recommend and telling people to not use your services.

No-one likes anything to breakdown on the weekend, especially your garage door! But if you call Precision, a wonderful dispatcher like Kendra fixes you up with a convenient WEEKEND SERVICE CALL at no extra cost! Then it gets better, a great service tech like Sam arrives there just a bit before the service window times and does a fast repair and a thorough maintenance on the door to keep you in business! Oh, you need to know I am not related to or connected to Precision in any way! Two thumbs up!
