The work done was fantastic! I really appreciated how the technician explained the process to me. He was on time and completed the job on time as promised. I can't say enough how friendly the technician was and willing to answer all of my questions. Professional work was done on the new installation of the garage motor, door, and all new remotes. The gentleman that came and gave us a quote was nice and professional. I ended up getting another quote from another company that was half the price. I got the springs, bearings, a couple brackets and the rod all replaced in the amount of money that I was quoted from you just for the springs themselves. Unfortunately, I don't think I will call you again.

They had a location in Bedford. He got the job done quickly. I thought he quoted me a price of 15 dollars less, but I might be mistaken. His name was Evan Strauss. I needed new springs, and I was unhappy about the price to replace it. Evan did a fine job.

Our 40+ year old Genie / garage door broke. (outlasted Sears, didn't it!) The tech arrived within 2 hours which I appreciated as I had just come back from a medical checkup. He did his best trying to repair while keeping the parts replacement to a minimum. He ended up having to replace the motor and belt-track along with the springs, drums, cables and roolers. I tried to reassure him we didn't blame him for the old motor... the company still gave us a good price on the new replacement motor with a great warranty. Clean-up was efficient.

Precision scheduled an appointment on the same day called within 4 hours but called later and asked if they could come an hour early which was great! Friendly service, knowledgeable and on-time, on Super Bowl Sunday no less. Pricing was a bit more than I expected but he thoroughly checked everything out and made recommendations that I put off without any hard sell.

Precision Garage Door installed a new opener as our old opener was failing to open the door. It was found the rollers were also defective. The repairs were completed the same day and we are very pleased with the service. The technician was very knowledgeable and guided me through what was required. He showed me how the new opener worked and even programmed the button on my car display which was above and beyond what he had to do. very pleased with the service and will recommend the company to friends and relatives needing repairs.

My garage door picked a real bad time to decide to come off the track (middle of the night as I was headed to work). I was able to call Precision and had a repairman out to my house in less than 24 hours. The technician, Joshua, after determining the problem(s), walked me through the entire repair process. I was actually quite surprised by how quickly he was able to complete all the work. The door is working better than ever, and I am confident that the repairs are going to last. I am very pleased with my decision to call Precision.

I made the call and Joshua was out by 5:00 P.M. Garage door would not close. Precision Service Man found that a previous company had installedc the wrong springs. Precision installed the proper springs and replaced the rollers. The door now works as it is supposed to. The Precision Service men did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend these people.

Technician was polite and professional. He listened to the issue's timeline and quickly determined it was the backplate bolt that caused the motor to protect itself by shutting off.
