This was the second time. I have called on. Precision to help with a problem. The first was to replace the cable that snapped. I was able to have a tech to replace it on the same day it happened. I was thrilled with his promptness but also with how well it works now. This week my remote didn’t function at a time I needed to get to my water aerobics class. When my Grandson came to check on me his remote didn’t work so I called for help. The price quoted was given and I needed to check on funds but the tech helped schedule a next day appointment so that I could feel ok . The tech Chris came and performed an amazing feat of replacing the ceiling opener done so smoothly and in a short time that I was thrilled. The new opener functions quieter and .smoothly. Tylor Morse worked very nice & beautifully. But I think the problem is in the company. The price of the garage door opener of Genie 2128 installed today is only $ 345.35 but I paid $1,020 all together. Most of them is labor charge. Tylor worked only exactly 45 min. Isn't it ridiculous? Not easy to recommend this company to my neighbors.

It was after normal business hours, but I was still able to schedule a tech to come to my house the next day. I found Precision by googling repair for my specific garage door company. I saw the BBB rating which eased my mind. Marco called and asked if he could show up a little earlier. He examined the door and showed me the problem. What wonderful service they provided! It began when we called them around 10am and explained that our garage door opener wasn’t working and that we just wanted to replace it. They said they would have someone here between 2-4. At 1:40, the tech called and said he was on his way and he arrived at 2:00 John was very personable and explained what he would be doing. After completing the installation, he showed us how to use all the features and how to download the app. He cleaned up all the old pieces and was done within 2 hours. John is a great representative of your company.

Quick to promise installation and take my $ 6,000 deposit. But then no more communication, no installation date as promised. Owner Kristy sends out e-Mails with “noreply” origination and consequently does not answer to reply’s and questions. Technician Drey ignores texts to his cell phone although he encouraged me to check in with him anytime when he took my check. NO SERVICE HAS BEEN PERFORMED. $ 6,000 for gate operator have been taken.

Sunday morning, I drove into my garage, parked my car, and pushed the down button for my garage opener. The garage door completely fell off onto my car. I called my local garage door service, but they wouldn't come out on a Sunday even though my car was stuck under the door. Honestly, I just randomly chose Precision but am so happy that I did. The tech arrived, took a look at the door, and said that he needed assistance. Another tech arrived soon, and they put things back together. My car wasn't as badly damaged as I feared, and the techs sent me an estimate for a new door. I wil always use Precision. They are wonderful.

Your technician Nick G was amazing. He arrived on time, and did a great job of analyzing our issues and presenting us with multiple options to address our problems. He did an outstanding job of fixing our issues and our garage is running better than when the house was new. Would absolutely recommend to anyone having garage door issues!
