I called Precision with a concern of unable to close my garage door, at 4:00 and was promised that a technician would be out before 6:00 pm. I then received a call at 4:30 stating that Chris was on his way and would be here within 45 minutes and he was right on time. He gave me a quote and stood by his quote. Definitely will use Precision Door again.

First of all, I was able to get same day service, which is always nice. The technician Anthony was prompt, courteous, and very skilled. He was able to fix the problem, and gave me some tips and pointers for future operation and maintenance. When the time comes for a new opener I will definitely use Precision Garage Door Service.

Technician Tyler M was very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable about garage doors. He quickly traced the cause of a noisy, struggling opener-motor to a broken spring on one side of the central guiderail. Tyler offered several repair & upgrade options for me to consider, while keeping the existing door and guiderails in place. Hi there. We were so grateful for Precision for answering our call. Evan came out and communicated when he was coming over and when he was here. That should be common, but we’ve experienced some very unprofessional companies here. Evan was polite, explained everything clearly, let me know exactly what was going on and explained why my garage door wasn’t working. And problems to look for in the future. He suggested, not pushed, other services to me and I appreciated that. If we ever have an issue with our garage again, we will be calling Precision.

I had just pulled into my garage and the spring broke as I closed it. I called and immediately spoke to a live person that scheduled an appoint within 2 hours. The tech called and said he would be arriving early and had everything assessed and repaired with 2 hours. Outstanding service! I will be using Precision for all my future garage door needs.

Was quoted $730 to replace a single large spring above my garage door. Insanity. Immediately called overhead door and was quoted $300 for the same spring. These good reviews are astroturfing at its finest or people are truly ignorant to be paying these king of prices.

Precision installed our last garage door opener purchased from a big box store. When our motor quit this morning (with the door open) we needed help fast. I didn’t realize it was over 10 years old! Precision came out in less than 2 hours, presented our options, answered our questions, and installed our new LiftMaster quickly and efficiently. All the bells and whistles were easily explained. Great work and would use again (although hopefully we won’t need to for awhile!!) Thank you!!

When one of our springs broke in the evening, it also damaged our door opener. Precision scheduled us in the next morning. They replaced both springs as requested & installed a new opener. Our installer was on time, answered all questions & did a good job.

I called to have a belt changed out on my opener this weekend. Immediately upon arriving the technician stated that I needed a whole new rail assembly with the belt because my old one had a different channel(T) which is what the new rail is. After installing the rail, I was told after the tech started to look at the motor I was informed that the motor and everything had to be replaced completely. When asking questions and concerns the tech seemed to get a little defensive and I told him I only wanted the belt replaced. I have been excessively overcharged for work and parts that I did not need.and I have had two other door companies look at the situation and both confirmed I just needed a new belt. It seems by some of your companies reviews that this is very common practice trying to convince the owners that everything is broken. I am willing to discuss with your owner about making concessions to the cost and charges. If not I will fill a complaint with BBB and look to pursue a complaint in local courts.
