Great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. The tech examined the door and assessed the repairs and made suggestions for repairs. He did an excellent job explaining what was wrong and what it would require to repair. He explained what the base repairs would be and gave options for additional repairs that would improve the quality of the garage door and extend the life of existing parts. Some would say that was upselling, but the feeling I got from this experience was trust. I added a couple of things he suggested and the garage door has not worked better.

Evan arrived at the expected time. I told him there was a loud pop when garage door was closing. He did a complete inspection, replaced lag bolts as needed, made sure the other lag bolts were secure, replaced (2) damaged hinges, found roller in wrong slot in the hinge, re-tensioned the springs, lubricated required places. Yea! No loud pop when garage door was closing, and quiet! Evan listened to my concerns and explained the what and why as he did each service. Very friendly and very professional!
