Eduardo was an excellent technician, after having issues with my garage door he took time to explain his method of resolution and troubleshooting, showed me the work done and the reason for the replacement and gave tested the new installation to make if I had any questions or hesitation he was available to explain. I loved the ease of booking an appointment and they honored it 100% with timely communications and arrival. It was great to receive a picture of the person I should expect at my front door! Evan was engaging, professional, and a great communicator. He explained a technical solution to my situation in words that made sense and helped me decide the best option. I've already told at least 6 friends about the experience. Hopefully they won't need to call but if and when they do, I think they will remember Precision.

Called for service to repair damaged bracket on the door where the automatic opener connects. Scheduled for the next morning. Technician came and had everything needed to install a bracket to shore up the damage and replaced the automatic opener in about 2 hours. He also helped set up the door app on our phone.
