Had a very old garage door spring break. The assigned tech conducted a thorough inspection on my door and discussed prices to repair/replace worn out items. No pressure tactics. I went only with the spring replacement. The tech was fully thorough and made sure the repair was done right. All needed parts were on the truck which made the repair fast

My door spring was broken on Sunday morning. Nick came out on a Sunday and got our door all fixed up. He was very pleasant and totally professional. He explained to me the issues and what it would take to correct. I would highly recommend Nick and Precision doors. I was totally pleased with the entire experience.

Prompt response had Gilbert scheduled between 12 and 4 same day and was there by 11:30 gave an estimate of what had to be done and what may be needed in the future which seemed very reasonable. Had the parts needed with him and complete repairs within 3 hours. Door had been pulled from railings. Door works works and looks like new.

I was having problems with my electric gate. Contacted Precision for the first time. It was in the evening and they had a chat on their website. Which was great! Made an appointment for following day in the afternoon, got a call in the morning from tech Drey saying he could be here in 30 mins. Wonderful! Drey got here, super nice guy and very knowledgeable. Corrected the problem quickly and had my gate working again. This will definitely be my go to electric gate company!

Eduardo was an excellent technician, after having issues with my garage door he took time to explain his method of resolution and troubleshooting, showed me the work done and the reason for the replacement and gave tested the new installation to make if I had any questions or hesitation he was available to explain. Definitely give Eduardo two thumbs up and recognized Precision is definitely grateful to have someone on their team that stds behind his work and is proud of it. My garage door wouldn't open. (Turns out there was something in front of the sensor). Technician told me one spring was about to break and needed to be replaced. And I should replace the other at the same time. $500 for one and $800 for both. I paid for him coming out and opted not to replace the springs. Called an individual garage door repair man and he said you can't tell when a spring is about to break. For $125 he made adjustments to the tension because of the weight of the insulation on the door. Your technician was trying to scam me!

Excellent service and work. I called at 8:15am, was given a time frame for the same day from 10:00am-12:00pm. Nick was early, called to ask if he could come at 9:30. He replaced our 23 year old door opener and button on the wall by 11:00am. Very nice and knowledgeable worker. We use Precision from now on!

We had a garage door issue on a Sunday morning. So we called Precision Garage Door. Evan showed up within 2 hours of us calling. Diagnosed the problem and got things back in order within an hour and a half on a Sunday. Evan was well versed in his trade, and explained everything he needed to do. And he made sure we were comfortable with any work that needed to be completed before he started. Great job!

Generally, the service visit was prompt after scheduling however felt the pricing was excessive after researching typical garage door repairs - for a situation where your car is 'stuck' in the garage, you are really hostage to the service being done sooner than later - I feel it was 25% higher than 'market' - also the 'upsell' was off putting - the 'upsell' was framed by creating 'potential fear' for future failures if the higher service products were not purchased. I was particularly displeased that the tech sprayed lubricant on parts of the door which the overspray covered half of my Lexus in the garage - I just spent an hour and a half washing and removing the lubricant from the car prior to writing this review. The tech could have asked me to cover the car, which I would have done rather than hear after the fact his apologizing for his mistake. Probably won't use you again.

I was able to get an appointment the day I called, and they had everything fixed that same day! Eduardo explained each part of the estimate, and I was able to delete specific pieces that I didn't think needed to be replaced at this time. He is friendly and extremely patient (because I'm not mechanically inclined)! Excellent work and excellent service!
