John was the repairman who came to fix my door. He first spent about 15 minutes or so doing a complete check on the door and then took the time to tell me what was needed, what my choices were, and then giving me the time to call and discuss with my husband. He was very personable and considerate. He definitely gets 5 stars from us.

I was very pleased with the professional manner of John Meyers. He explained the problem and made recommendations without using pressure. When I asked questions, he answered them completely. Raymond showed up on time, analyzed my issues, adjusted my opener, replaced my springs, played with my 190 lb Caucasian Ovcharka, swept my garage and made dinner then cleaned up the mess.
