Exceptional same day service with choice of appointment time. Professional installation by Mr.Eduardo Ruiz who explained my options for repair or replacement and warranty with NO hidden fees. When completed he left area cleaner than when he started. I am extremely pleased with the Genie garage door opener and it is actually quilter than expected and more so than the lift Master I had.
