He programmed all of our remotes and keypad and made suggestions for other items that might need replacing down the line. Even helped me change my daughter’s tire when she got a flat in my driveway. My door spring was broken on Sunday morning. Nick came out on a Sunday and got our door all fixed up. He was very pleasant and totally professional. Eduardo was an excellent technician, after having issues with my garage door he took time to explain his method of resolution and troubleshooting, showed me the work done and the reason for the replacement and gave tested the new installation to make if I had any questions or hesitation he was available to explain. We had a garage door issue on a Sunday morning. So we called Precision Garage Door. Evan showed up within 2 hours of us calling. This company is most corrupt garage door service provider you could hire. They practice deceptive business practices by both their employees and management. Once onsite, the technician will rattle off a plethora of dollar numbers at you, chuckle about how fast he can fix it, and then hit you with an astronomical bill! But when you question it, he asks for cash instead, and states he’ll report it as a “no repair”. When you pay the $600+ dollars, because you don’t think you have any honest persons option, and call to challenge it with the office, you get lies from the management. I did call, I was promised a refund, and that they would deal with their questionable employee…non of which happened. The area manager promised to fix it, and didn’t. They seem to have no qualms with taking advantage of senior citizens, and I can attest to that. I reached out to the Texas state attorney general about this groups deceptive practices, but they make it just as difficult to get assistance. Don’t hire these people unless you’re ready to spend exorbitant amounts of money for a few minutes of work from a cackling unprofessional technician.

Service Tech, came on time and addressed all issues with garage door, replaced spring, rollers, and cables. I did inquire about a garage door opener and was only given a quota of $500 plus dollars for the opener, I thought that was kind of high and assume it was the most expensive opener available. The Tech didn't go over other available garage door opener options, until I inquired again once the job was completed. Tech recommended two spring replacement with seem to go against Precision's spring replacing video https://youtu.be/xI3yfyb6tc0, which the Tech was not familiar with.

Doors were supposed to be installed 9/22/15, received phone call day prior that manufacturer only ordered one instead of all 3 and that we would be installed today, 9/28/15 and that tech would arrive around 9:30. I called around 9:40 since no one showed up and was told that a voicemail was left about truck running late and that install would not be until tomorrow, my phone shows no voicemail or missed call. Will I be receiving my doors, or did I just throw away $1,500.00?
