This rating is for Jeremy..... Jeremy is probably the best door installer Technician in the US. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He installed the new insulated garage doors in a precise workmanship way. He has some unique installation techniques to make sure the door is level. I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer and it was pleasure to watch him work. When he finished the job he cleaned up all the trash and put it in his truck. He even wiped down the doors to make sure that no hand prints were visible. He communicates extremely well and is well mannered.

My door came off the track and needed repair. I contacted the company at 7:30 and had a tech arrive within 2 hours. My tech Dakoda was prompt, efficient and very courteous. He had the door fixed in a timely manner and game me tips on maintaining it. I would definitely recommend the company and Dakoda for service and would use them again.

How did I pick Precision for my garage door repair? I went to the internet and found Precision. I like the fact that they are a member of BBB, on Angies List, same day service and they offered a Lifetime Warranty on parts. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very professional. The repair tech Raymond contacted me with his ETA and the work was done in less then 2 hours. Raymond verbally went over why he believed the cable broke. He gave me 2 repair options to choose from. After making my decision he went through what he was going to replace, the final cost, warranty and an estimated time to the replace the parts and do the repair. Quality workmanship, replacement parts and great service. I would give them a 5 Star Rating.

Reached out to Precision over the weekend and a technician was out the next day to give us a quote on a new garage door and install. The price was very competitive. The technician, Jeromy, was on time the next day with all the parts and did a great job on the installation. He explained all the items that would be replaced, the work involved and the estimated time.
