Excellent Service!! I called another company and waited half the day for service. They didn't show up and when I called to inquiry they wanted to reschedule. I then made an online appointment with Precision and within 20 minutes was contacted by Tyler advising he would be arriving in the next 40 minutes. He was prompt, courteous and addressed all our concerns. So pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend Precision for all your garage repairs.

John Sliffe called and said he had an earlier time (I got home early) and welcomed that news (was already 100. He arrived right on time and looked at the damage (broken spring 23 years old). I showed him what was done to the other door 5 years ago and said a slight upgrade would last longer with little price increase. He stated that the rollers were "OK" for the time being as "we" chose a couple of things to change from the last time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY, It took a little over 1/2 hour to 40 minutes to complete the job. He laid all the old parts in front of me to show that all new parts were used. It's A+ service.

Horrible service. Called this company to come look at our garage door. The guy glanced at the garage door all of 20 seconds and told us our door was cardboard and crap and that we needed a new one. Soonest he could get a new one in would be next week. We asked if he could put it back on track in the interim and he said for 200 on top of the new garage door. Come to find out this company does not like working on our garage door brand and instead of telling us that tried to cheat us out of over 2k dollars for a new door we diid NOT need. Do not recommend this company! Take your business elsewhere.

My spring broke on my garage door. It's our main entrance to the house, so I had to get it fixed. I googled garage door repair and after looking at some reviews I chose Precision. I made an appointment and Carlos came to the rescue. He was very friendly and after informing me what he needed to do, I agreed. He is a hard worker and was very thorough with not only replacing the spring with a double spring system, but looking over the rest of the door for other problems.
