Excellent Service!! I called another company and waited half the day for service. They didn't show up and when I called to inquiry they wanted to reschedule. John Sliffe called and said he had an earlier time (I got home early) and welcomed that news (was already 100. He arrived right on time and looked at the damage (broken spring 23 years old). I showed him what was done to the other door 5 years ago and said a slight upgrade would last longer with little price increase. He stated that the rollers were "OK" for the time being as "we" chose a couple of things to change from the last time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY, It took a little over 1/2 hour to 40 minutes to complete the job. He laid all the old parts in front of me to show that all new parts were used. It's A+ service.
