I have been looking for garage door repair service which is budget friendly. I have spoken to several, and multiple repair techs came to our home to offer service and give us a quote. I got tired and needed the job done. I called and tried Precision, the technician that came to our house was good and eventually repaired our garage door system. When I was sent the invoice and breakdown of prices by email and upon my research online all I can say was it was a Very OVERPRICED service! They Even made it look like they gave me a Medical Professional Discount. I tried to negotiate with them to adjust the amount but after several emails and phone calls I Never heard back from them. Never again will I avail their services!

Their website says it all "Garage Doors don't break during normal working hours" because that's certainly what happened to mine. I loved the ease of booking an appointment and they honored it 100% with timely communications and arrival. It was great to receive a picture of the person I should expect at my front door! Evan was engaging, professional, and a great communicator. He explained a technical solution to my situation in words that made sense and helped me decide the best option. I've already told at least 6 friends about the experience. Hopefully they won't need to call but if and when they do, I think they will remember Precision.

This was the second time. I have called on. Precision to help with a problem. The first was to replace the cable that snapped. I was able to have a tech to replace it on the same day it happened. I was thrilled with his promptness but also with how well it works now. This week my remote didn’t function at a time I needed to get to my water aerobics class. When my Grandson came to check on me his remote didn’t work so I called for help. The price quoted was given and I needed to check on funds but the tech helped schedule a next day appointment so that I could feel ok . The tech Chris came and performed an amazing feat of replacing the ceiling opener done so smoothly and in a short time that I was thrilled. The new opener functions quieter and .smoothly. What wonderful service they provided! It began when we called them around 10am and explained that our garage door opener wasn’t working and that we just wanted to replace it. They said they would have someone here between 2-4. At 1:40, the tech called and said he was on his way and he arrived at 2:00 John was very personable and explained what he would be doing. After completing the installation, he showed us how to use all the features and how to download the app. He cleaned up all the old pieces and was done within 2 hours. John is a great representative of your company.

Sunday morning, I drove into my garage, parked my car, and pushed the down button for my garage opener. The garage door completely fell off onto my car. I called my local garage door service, but they wouldn't come out on a Sunday even though my car was stuck under the door. Honestly, I just randomly chose Precision but am so happy that I did. The tech arrived, took a look at the door, and said that he needed assistance. Another tech arrived soon, and they put things back together. My car wasn't as badly damaged as I feared, and the techs sent me an estimate for a new door. I wil always use Precision. They are wonderful.
