He did a complete inspection, replaced lag bolts as needed, made sure the other lag bolts were secure, replaced (2) damaged hinges, found roller in wrong slot in the hinge, re-tensioned the springs, lubricated required places. Yea! No loud pop when garage door was closing, and quiet! Evan listened to my concerns and explained the what and why as he did each service. Very friendly and very professional!
