My technician Gilbert made the best out of it not so good situation. I wasn’t prepared to buy a new garage door opener that day, but it is such an upgrade to what we had but it’s a wonder that the 12-year-old unit lasted this long picking up a solid cedar door. Thanks for the help!

Evan arrived at the expected time. I told him there was a loud pop when garage door was closing. He did a complete inspection, replaced lag bolts as needed, made sure the other lag bolts were secure, replaced (2) damaged hinges, found roller in wrong slot in the hinge, re-tensioned the springs, lubricated required places. Yea! No loud pop when garage door was closing, and quiet! Evan listened to my concerns and explained the what and why as he did each service. Very friendly and very professional!

I called Precision Door at 10:00 AM today. They promised service between 10 and 2 (same day). Logan called about 10:30 AM and said he be here at 12:00 noon. Logan was great: timely, friendly, knowledgeable, fixed the issue, etc. Great experience. Would clearly recommend to anyone in need of garage door service or installation. Thx Y'all!

When I returned from being out of town, my garage door would not open. It was a broken spring. I searched for a local company that was local and I found Precision and their credentials met my needs. Evan S. came by and confirmed my problem. He gave me my options and explained the benefits of each. It helped me make an informed decision of how to repair my garage door. He also made suggestions for future issues to watch for. Evan was very polite and friendly and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Upon checking with a friend about the service from Precision at our business, she said that the service had been excellent. We had the same experience with Ray when he arrived yesterday. My garage door needed both the torsion springs replaced after loosing all of their tension. I called Precision at 2:00 PM and a service technician, Drey was here by 4:00 PM the same day. Drey was great to work with and his work awesome. I think it only took about 30 or 40 minutes and my garage door was back up and running. Yes the parts are expensive but you really can tell the quality is worth every scent. Will highly recommend Precision to others.
