Home-adviser.com listed your company along with others you were the third company that I set up to see. John arrived on time and was well prepared to answer all our questions. The product was what we wanted and the price was right. April ordered the products in a timely fashion and Raymond came yesterday to install everything. It was the hottest day this summer and Raymond was quite the professional with everything he did. Five Stars is not enough for what we think we received with your company.

Very happy with service from the operater to the tech John , called around 2:30 and where at my house at 4:00 this was an emergency to fix my garage door, did not bet around the bush and they tell you exactly what the problem is they don't want to take advantage of there customers. John told me my bearings had some wear on them didn't have to do them but he said later they would have to be replaced I thought about it and did it I WOULD rather spend right the first time than spend more down the road if I have anymore problems I'll know who to call ????????????????????????

Today, John and Aaron provided me with excellent service with a detailed explanation concerning my broken garage door. John quickly identified the issue and worked with my financial situation to provide a high quality repair call. I had my springs replaced just a year ago that caused my door to buckle and bend one of my tracks for it was first the incorrect spring for my door and secondly the opener was set too high which caused increase stress on my garage door. I would highly recommend John and the team at Precision Overhead Garage Door for I selected a cheaper price before but I sacrificed on both professionalism and quality of service and end up paying more in the end. Precision Door Service is one of the best companies I have dealt with recently. They replaced my garage door in early January, and although the technician who replaced the door mislead me, Raymond set the record straight.
