Hi there. We were so grateful for Precision for answering our call. Evan came out and communicated when he was coming over and when he was here. That should be common, but we’ve experienced some very unprofessional companies here. Evan was polite, explained everything clearly, let me know exactly what was going on and explained why my garage door wasn’t working. And problems to look for in the future. He suggested, not pushed, other services to me and I appreciated that. If we ever have an issue with our garage again, we will be calling Precision.

The gentleman that came and gave us a quote was nice and professional. I ended up getting another quote from another company that was half the price. I got the springs, bearings, a couple brackets and the rod all replaced in the amount of money that I was quoted from you just for the springs themselves. Unfortunately, I don't think I will call you again.

Precision installed our last garage door opener purchased from a big box store. When our motor quit this morning (with the door open) we needed help fast. I didn’t realize it was over 10 years old! Precision came out in less than 2 hours, presented our options, answered our questions, and installed our new LiftMaster quickly and efficiently. All the bells and whistles were easily explained. Great work and would use again (although hopefully we won’t need to for awhile!!) Thank you!!

Precision did a great job. Our service tech Evan was fantastic. He explained all the options to us and was very honest about what was and wasn't necessary. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need which was great. Plus the service was super fast. All in all our garage door went from being broken to almost brand new in about an hour and a half.

I called yesterday for service 11/16/23, at about 4:00 pm , I was told someone would be in touch between 4 and 8:00 pm. I CALL THE NEXT DAY AT 09:15 AM 11/17/23 NEVER GOT THE CALL FROM THE TECH, FOR THIS I CAN GIVE A 1STAR, AT 10:15 AM EVAN STRAUSS came FOR Evan I CAN GIVE YOU 5 STARS, ATHE YOUNG MAN WAS SPOT ON WITH THE REPAIR. Way overpriced get a few quotes. Make sure you get a quote from them before they perform the work. Prices for parts are double and triple what they should be. Won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend. Completely took advantage of my wife while I was out of town.

Evan Strauss is kind, professional, and to the point. I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about, and that my garage door would be repaired in a timely manner and correctly. We chose Precision because when we googled your business came up first. We were desperate. It was a Saturday evening and my car was stuck in the garage. So glad we did. Got an appointment for Sunday. After a glitch with phone numbers, Evan Strauss appeared. He was professional, smiling, knowledgeable, polite…all the things you want in a service man. He did a quick efficient job. By the way, it was over 100 degrees and 6:00 in the evening. He has worked a full day already. Wish all companies had an Evan!!????
