Had a situation where the chain had fallen off the sprocket. My home warranty (Nations Home Warranty) would not cover that and so called Precision door. Came on time the next morning. Evaluated the situation and indicated that the root cause was that the spring was weak and the motor rotator had broken and would need replacement. Since my home warranty does cover this kind of repair/replacement, I decided to get the repairs done under the warranty program. Precision Doors were very courteous and said if Nations contracts with them, to let them know and if not, get the repairs done from whoever they contract with. They did not charge me anything for coming out and evaluating what was wrong. I call that Service at it's best!

I had precision install 2 garages in 2017. One of them became misaligned and precision came out and stood behind their work and made the quick fix.

I would give 5 stars to Jonalan Jaldin. The overall cost was more than I originally thought, not Jonalan's fault, but he clearly explained what he saw and recommended to get my garage door operating the way it should. It was my choice to have him install the necessary components. My 'lifetime' rollers sounded like a can of bb's rolling around, so that was a good addition on top of the spring replacement.

Jonathan did a great job. Courteous and on time (early in my two hour window). Didn't have the rollers I needed for my door but had time later in the day when it fit in my schedule and came and finished the job. Second time I've used your company and will definitely use you again.

They were the best! I called at 11:50am for a garage repair and they quoted me someone would be out between 12 and 2 that same day! Ryan was my technician, and he was awesome. He gave me options, we decided on one, and it's working SO much better than before! He was fast and courteous - I should have called sooner! I will definitely refer you guys!
