Technician Tyler M was very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable about garage doors. He quickly traced the cause of a noisy, struggling opener-motor to a broken spring on one side of the central guiderail. Tyler offered several repair & upgrade options for me to consider, while keeping the existing door and guiderails in place. The refurbished operating mechanisms run smoothly, quietly, and faster than before.

I used Precision 5 or 6 years ago to replace our old garage door. The service and the product was excellent. One of the springs broke on this one, and I went back to your website to schedule the repair. Your technician, Evan Strauss was excellent. He was on time, explained in detail what he could do to repair the problem, exactly what the cost was, and also gave me some additional options. He got the repair done in only an hour. I will recommend your company to any of my friends who should need repair or replacement of their garage doors.

Great service! I thought I had issues with the garage door, but it turns out the opener was causing the problem. Replaced older drive unit with a belt drive and what a difference. Smooth and quite. These guys did a great job!

This was the second time. I have called on. Precision to help with a problem. The first was to replace the cable that snapped. I was able to have a tech to replace it on the same day it happened. I was thrilled with his promptness but also with how well it works now. This week my remote didn’t function at a time I needed to get to my water aerobics class. When my Grandson came to check on me his remote didn’t work so I called for help. The price quoted was given and I needed to check on funds but the tech helped schedule a next day appointment so that I could feel ok . The tech Chris came and performed an amazing feat of replacing the ceiling opener done so smoothly and in a short time that I was thrilled. The new opener functions quieter and .smoothly. Tylor Morse worked very nice & beautifully. But I think the problem is in the company. The price of the garage door opener of Genie 2128 installed today is only $ 345.35 but I paid $1,020 all together. Most of them is labor charge. Tylor worked only exactly 45 min. Isn't it ridiculous? Not easy to recommend this company to my neighbors.

when I called customer service they misinformed me by giving me a minimum package of $499, which according to the CS agent included garage door opener and installation. I made apptm and when the guy came said the less expensive was over $1,000 and that CS handles different states and can make mistakes. Also everytime I asked CS a question their answer was I don't know. I called 2-3 times and it was the same poor service where they don't know what they are selling. Of course I canceled everything.

Hi there. We were so grateful for Precision for answering our call. Evan came out and communicated when he was coming over and when he was here. That should be common, but we’ve experienced some very unprofessional companies here. Evan was polite, explained everything clearly, let me know exactly what was going on and explained why my garage door wasn’t working. And problems to look for in the future.
