Excellent service and work. I called at 8:15am, was given a time frame for the same day from 10:00am-12:00pm. Nick was early, called to ask if he could come at 9:30. He replaced our 23 year old door opener and button on the wall by 11:00am. Very nice and knowledgeable worker. We use Precision from now on!

I called to have a belt changed out on my opener this weekend. Immediately upon arriving the technician stated that I needed a whole new rail assembly with the belt because my old one had a different channel(T) which is what the new rail is. After installing the rail, I was told after the tech started to look at the motor I was informed that the motor and everything had to be replaced completely. When asking questions and concerns the tech seemed to get a little defensive and I told him I only wanted the belt replaced. I have been excessively overcharged for work and parts that I did not need.and I have had two other door companies look at the situation and both confirmed I just needed a new belt. It seems by some of your companies reviews that this is very common practice trying to convince the owners that everything is broken. I am willing to discuss with your owner about making concessions to the cost and charges. If not I will fill a complaint with BBB and look to pursue a complaint in local courts. We had a garage door issue on a Sunday morning. So we called Precision Garage Door. Evan showed up within 2 hours of us calling. Diagnosed the problem and got things back in order within an hour and a half on a Sunday. Evan was well versed in his trade, and explained everything he needed to do. The tech was 2 hours late! Was told tech would arrive between noon and 2 pm, he arrived at 4 pm. Had to call the office twice to find out when he was going to arrive. Once he arrived he was knowledgeable and worked fast to repair the door. Repair charge was costly. In my opinion too high and I feel that the charge should have been reduced, my time is as valuable to me as your labor is to you.
