He also offered suggestions on future repairs and replacements of outdated equipment but wasn’t pushy about getting them done today. Had a very old garage door spring break. The assigned tech conducted a thorough inspection on my door and discussed prices to repair/replace worn out items. No pressure tactics. I went only with the spring replacement. The tech was fully thorough and made sure the repair was done right. All needed parts were on the truck which made the repair fast

Came home in the evening to find my garage door spring had failed. Made an online appointment for the next day. Evan arrived on time, actually earlier than expected, which was great. Evan was extremely knowledgable, explained safety issues with my garage doors and ways to upgrade. All in all, Evan upgraded both garage doors, installed new springs, openers and improved support pieces. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Highly recommend, ask for Evan!!

Dont waste your time with this company. Someone came out and said they were going to give me a quote to fix my garage door. Never received the quote. I emailed them and no response. If they are not accountable/reliable, why would you trust them repairing your garage door?

My brother brought his first home that had significant issue, one being the garage door. Unfortunately we hired a handy man to install a garage door opener who installed it wrong which made things 10 times worse with a failing garage door. Precision came out and fixed the brand new garage door opener. We also had to make several repairs to the door. The technician took his time explaining everything to me and worked with me to fix the most needed items and getting the quote down as lowest as he could to get the door functioning perfectly and buying us some time until we can do further repairs. After having to replace HVAC, a water heater, and fix the garage door all in the same day, precision was the first one to actually try and find alternative solutions knowing we couldn’t afford the first quote. We will certainly have Precision come back out in two-three years when the entire door will need to be replaced. Thanks for making an already horrible day somewhat manageable. The honesty and integrity shown by their tech is something I haven’t experienced with any other contract. He truly cared about the end result and not trying to make us pay for unnecessary repairs.
