My call was immediately answered well before regular open business hours. Chris arrived hours before the expected arrival time. He was very attentive and friendly while I explained what the garage door was doing. It didn’t take but a few minutes for him to figure out the problem. He worked fast and efficiently. I am very pleased with the professionalism from the time my call was taken to another call asking if I’d like an earlier appointment time, to Chris getting back to a working garage. I will definitely choose them again for any future garage door issues. Keep up the great work!!

Our technician Evan called us within an hour after scheduling to give us an update on his arrival. He looked at our garage door and gave me a bid for new springs. We replaced springs and rollers. He told me the job would take about 90min. I needed to leave for 30-40 minutes but told him my wife would be there if he had any questions. I came back 40 minutes later to him finishing up the job and starting to put things back into the garage. I was very pleased with their speed to get out to our house and how professionally he was. Will definitely use them going forward.

Had to replace a broken garage for spring. The technician recommended the top of the line spring that was so expensive i had to reduce the work. His second choice was to replaced with the same kind as before which costs half the price. Both technicians were knowledgeable and experienced. They did the job right: replaced the spring, greased the wheels then balancing the door.

Called to have door looked at and was told that the springs, bearings, and opener needed to be replaced. Had opener, springs and other hardware replaced feb 2016. That Invoice stated 15 year warranty. Warranty wasn’t applied so I don’t think I will use them again. Update: I was contacted by customer service and they researched my repair history and had a senior technician come out and replace the warrantied parts. Very pleased.

Prompt response had Gilbert scheduled between 12 and 4 same day and was there by 11:30 gave an estimate of what had to be done and what may be needed in the future which seemed very reasonable. Had the parts needed with him and complete repairs within 3 hours. Door had been pulled from railings. Door works works and looks like new.

Absolutely great service, quality and technical expertise. Unfortunately, my garage door had a quite “elite” system that wasn't worth replacing. The tech worked w me and fixed the complete door system for 1/2 the original bid. FYI- my door wouldn’t open. Thank you! No reason to look elsewhere

The technician was professional, knowledgeable about the motor and all accessories that accompanied the motor. He explained that be would remove the old gate motor and install the new gate motor. He ensured the gate performed properly using the remote which he also programmed to my garage door. Excellent job.
