I had just pulled into my garage and the spring broke as I closed it. I called and immediately spoke to a live person that scheduled an appoint within 2 hours. The tech called and said he would be arriving early and had everything assessed and repaired with 2 hours. Outstanding service! I will be using Precision for all my future garage door needs.

Was quoted $730 to replace a single large spring above my garage door. Insanity. Immediately called overhead door and was quoted $300 for the same spring. These good reviews are astroturfing at its finest or people are truly ignorant to be paying these king of prices.

The gentleman that came and gave us a quote was nice and professional. I ended up getting another quote from another company that was half the price. I got the springs, bearings, a couple brackets and the rod all replaced in the amount of money that I was quoted from you just for the springs themselves. Unfortunately, I don't think I will call you again.

It was after normal business hours, but I was still able to schedule a tech to come to my house the next day. I found Precision by googling repair for my specific garage door company. I saw the BBB rating which eased my mind. Marco called and asked if he could show up a little earlier. He examined the door and showed me the problem. Precision installed our last garage door opener purchased from a big box store. When our motor quit this morning (with the door open) we needed help fast. I didn’t realize it was over 10 years old! Precision came out in less than 2 hours, presented our options, answered our questions, and installed our new LiftMaster quickly and efficiently. All the bells and whistles were easily explained. Great work and would use again (although hopefully we won’t need to for awhile!!) Thank you!!

Whole experience was excellent. Got an appointment quickly, love the online option. The team at precision makes great use of technology while keeping the experience human. Got an email once I made the appt with photos of the possible techs who would be arriving. Marco was our tech, he called to let us know when he would arrive within the appt window and arrived exactly when he said he would. Marco was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to address our issues effectively. He fixed the broken spring that was our primary issue and pretty much rehabbed the whole door so that it is now whisper quiet raising and lowering. Previously it was wake the dead noisy. Would absolutely recommend Precision, and would use them again. We are pretty picky and these guys are well deserving of the solid reviews.

When one of our springs broke in the evening, it also damaged our door opener. Precision scheduled us in the next morning. They replaced both springs as requested & installed a new opener. Our installer was on time, answered all questions & did a good job.

Evan was simply amazing! He was able to explain all the differences in the various models of door openers available. He gave a great overview of the features. Evan was able to begin work immediately which was completed within a less than expected amount of time, and shared his expertise on best operational use.
