I asked for a bid only that was supposed to be free of charge. The technician was efficient to quote a price. A short time later, I receive an invoice by email, i.e. implying that I had placed an order. I most assuredly did not place an order yet as the quote has to be approved by my insurance first. I'm still waiting for the correction of the problem by email.

I called Precision Door at 10:00 AM today. They promised service between 10 and 2 (same day). Logan called about 10:30 AM and said he be here at 12:00 noon. Logan was great: timely, friendly, knowledgeable, fixed the issue, etc. Great experience. Would clearly recommend to anyone in need of garage door service or installation. Thx Y'all!

Logan came to our home and we showed him the aluminum and glass garage doors that we wanted to order. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the products, explained the entire process to us, and gave us a quote on the spot. We so appreciated how engaging and personable he was. Evan S. came by and confirmed my problem. He gave me my options and explained the benefits of each. It helped me make an informed decision of how to repair my garage door. He also made suggestions for future issues to watch for. Evan was very polite and friendly and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. He quickly traced the cause of a noisy, struggling opener-motor to a broken spring on one side of the central guiderail.
