The two technicians arrived on time They diagnosed the problem, discussed the nature of the repair. I decided to purchase a new updated opener. We negotiated a price (still think a little high). They installed the opener and explained the features plus linked my vehicle. Very professional.

I worked with Dereck to install a new garge door opener. He explained everything he was doing and did a superb job in every respect. The following day, I thought my wall mounted controller wasn't working properly. Another technician, Dominic, shortly arrived and immediately demonstrated I was hitting the wrong button. He was extremely good humored and even took the time to ensure my car's garage door remote sensors were programmed and functioning properly. All in all, their customer service was superb and I highly recommend their services.
Eddie, we appreciate you sharing such detailed feedback about your experience. It's great to hear that both our team members took the time to explain things clearly, responded quickly, and made sure everything was working just right for you. Teams of Tomorrow- TOT
I reached out to Precision Garage Door to fix my Torsion Spring that was broken and needed to be repair. They came out on a Sat to repair it. My renter went to open the "fixed garage door" 3 days later and it won't open. They blamed it on the sensors not lined up and too much stuff in the way. Then they finally sent someone back out there to "look" at it...and then it was on the "garage door opener is out." I had someone else that doesn't work for them to go out there to look at the they said "it looked like it was jammed and installed improper. Be careful for me they took my money and I still have a garage door that doesn't open at all. Wish I would've when with Veteran Garage Door Service instead of them.
