This company is most corrupt garage door service provider you could hire. They practice deceptive business practices by both their employees and management. Once onsite, the technician will rattle off a plethora of dollar numbers at you, chuckle about how fast he can fix it, and then hit you with an astronomical bill! But when you question it, he asks for cash instead, and states he’ll report it as a “no repair”. When you pay the $600+ dollars, because you don’t think you have any honest persons option, and call to challenge it with the office, you get lies from the management. I did call, I was promised a refund, and that they would deal with their questionable employee…non of which happened. The area manager promised to fix it, and didn’t. They seem to have no qualms with taking advantage of senior citizens, and I can attest to that. I reached out to the Texas state attorney general about this groups deceptive practices, but they make it just as difficult to get assistance. Don’t hire these people unless you’re ready to spend exorbitant amounts of money for a few minutes of work from a cackling unprofessional technician.

Called at 11 p.m. at night. Set appointment between 8-10 a.m. Aside from a later arrival the next day, I am very pleased with the workmanship of Kameron. He dove right in to assess the problem, and fix what I had jammed up in a panic to get the garage door opened. And hopefully with the 90 day guarantee, this is fixed for good! Thank you all.

Terrible experience. Overpriced for poor quality work. First installer showed up, couldn’t do any of the work, but told me someone would be there 8-10 the next morning. No one showed up, after several calls, now it would be 4-6pm. No one showed up, finally showed the third day. Door and spring repair was fine, but mounting the new opener he up 10+ holes in the ceiling trying to find a stud. Finally found one on one side, so the opener hangs from one side and all the holes are still there. Told me he could not use the pre run wires because he was no electrician. When he finally did hook up wires he left open connections with wires just twisted together hanging. Left bolts, wires, and debris all over the garage. Left greasy hand prints on the ceiling and walls of the garage. When I pointed this all out, he just shrugged and left. Called to complain and no one will call me back yet.

Came out , was a little early was ok I guess but would have liked if came at exact time, showed up in a wreck truck said he got someone , not to cool to show up in a wrecked truck, was a little worried , but said was just normal noise for the metal door did not make up a problem to get money , did appreciate that, and helped me open plastic part that a light bulb burned the plastic , that was kind and helpful , just hope he gets that truck fixed not really a good first impression lol! We had a situation happen over the weekend with our garage door. We called a few other companies to have someone come out over the weekend. The earliest from them was Monday sometime. Contact Precision got a appointment for Sunday afternoon. Our tech call to let us know what time he would be there. He was right on time. He was professional check everything out gave me the quote for repairs at that time. Had the work done the tech had me check everything to see what he did and made sure everything work properly before he left. I would recommend them to anyone. At the end I was pleased with everything.

Upon checking with a friend about the service from Precision at our business, she said that the service had been excellent. We had the same experience with Ray when he arrived yesterday. He quickly took care of our problem with the garage door openers and corrected one other minor issue. He was courteous and professional as well as efficient. At the end of the day my garage door opener was repaired and working. However, I will probably not call this company again to repair my garage door or opener. The technician's approach was "I will do this for this amount of money" rather then this is what is wrong with your garage door opener system and here is what is will cost to fix it" My perception was the technician was not very good at determining what the problem was and fixing it. When I have a problem I need fixed, I want a company to come and tell me what is wrong and what it will cost to fix it, your technician did not do that.
