Five Stars for the garage door repair and maintenance. The technicians came on a Saturday exactly when they said they would. They immediately found the problem and made the repair along with completing a maintenance checklist on both garage doors. The service was great and the technician were very informative and friendly. Highly recommended!

When I made the appointment on the phone the schedulers were completely professional and very pleasant. The technician who serviced us though was very arrogant, dismissive and frankly did not seem to have a lot of knowledge. We had universal remotes that said they were compatible with the brand of garage doors we have. He told us they wouldn't work. Then when we pointed out on the box that they were compatible he seemed surprised but then agreed. We have used a different garage door repair company in the past and will be going back to them. When we asked if he would program the remotes he said yes, then shot back at me, "it's $50 a door per remote." That would have been $400 to simply program the remotes. The other company always did it for free. We will not be calling again.

Our Precision Door tech today, Joey Boeglin, was truly fantastic!! He started by calling to confirm we would be available a little early. Great start. Then he explained what he could do to try to troubleshoot without gouging the price. Another great one. He worked hard, was careful to explain what he could do and did, and was professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. We have a home also in SC and used Precision there. Both interactions, here in Frisco, TX as well, went above and beyond our expectations. Job well done. Thanks again!

I am so impressed with Precision!! I called Precision at 2:30 yesterday afternoon and by 4:00 Dale was here to address the problem. By 5:30 I had a brand new opener installed for a great price. Dale was the perfect combination of professional and fun, and did a fantastic job. And, he was super detailed about clean-up after he was finished. Thank you, Precision!!!

Lamar came out to replace our garage door a little over a week ago. I didn't know this would be a one man show, but he handled it well and installed the new panels with great precision. I'm glad Joe Allen, who came out a few months ago to resolve another issue, recommended insulated door panels. My garage is now much cooler and has a better seal than the garage door that was installed by my builder. I will continue to use Precision for all my garage maintenance needs.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR SERVICE TO OUR ELECTRIC GATE. This appointment was the first time we used this company, and their service scheduler and on-site tech were excellent. Our electric gate needed to have two backup batteries replaced, and the tech was sent out the next day. It was pouring rain at the time he arrived, but he waited for a brief break in the storm and replaced them before the next big surge of rain. Job well done! Note: I had to make a choice of services performed, but none of them were for electric gate repair. I had to choose a garage door repair or it wouldn't let me leave this review. Hmmm?

I've been struggling with an old garage door opener, I expected to buy a new one when I called Precision. When Jon came out, the fix was a simple one, it may only give it a few more months but it gives us a chance to budget for the new one he suggested and we'll definitely buy it from Precision. It was a great feeling to be helped and not feel 'sold', that's rare but it builds trust and loyalty. Jon is a superstar.

I appreciate the quick service. However, I said when I called I needed some screws replaced that had fallen out and caused my garage door opener to not close all the way. The technician arrived and wanted $335.oo for diagnostic services. I balked at that because it was unnecessary. The guy charged me $151.00 to replace a screw and left. This was unreasonable and I feel ripped off.
