They were able to get out quick. They are competitive pricing and I understand things are just high but still a bit steep.

Their website says it all "Garage Doors don't break during normal working hours" because that's certainly what happened to mine. I loved the ease of booking an appointment and they honored it 100% with timely communications and arrival. It was great to receive a picture of the person I should expect at my front door! Evan was engaging, professional, and a great communicator. He explained a technical solution to my situation in words that made sense and helped me decide the best option. Called for service to repair damaged bracket on the door where the automatic opener connects. Scheduled for the next morning. Technician came and had everything needed to install a bracket to shore up the damage and replaced the automatic opener in about 2 hours. He also helped set up the door app on our phone. Friendly and fast.
