Evan came out and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to talk me through exactly what was broken, options to fix it, and provide quotes. Ultimately we decided not to repair it at this time, but I will definitely be coming back here when we do.

John Sliffe called and said he had an earlier time (I got home early) and welcomed that news (was already 100. He arrived right on time and looked at the damage (broken spring 23 years old). I showed him what was done to the other door 5 years ago and said a slight upgrade would last longer with little price increase. He stated that the rollers were "OK" for the time being as "we" chose a couple of things to change from the last time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY, It took a little over 1/2 hour to 40 minutes to complete the job. He laid all the old parts in front of me to show that all new parts were used. It's A+ service.

Drey was AWESOME! He arrived when he stated he would and quoted a 30 min time to have us back up and working. He stayed true to his word and within 30 min our door was once again operational and he explained his work to us as well. Horrible service. Called this company to come look at our garage door. The guy glanced at the garage door all of 20 seconds and told us our door was cardboard and crap and that we needed a new one. Soonest he could get a new one in would be next week. We asked if he could put it back on track in the interim and he said for 200 on top of the new garage door. Come to find out this company does not like working on our garage door brand and instead of telling us that tried to cheat us out of over 2k dollars for a new door we diid NOT need. Do not recommend this company! Take your business elsewhere.

My spring broke on my garage door. It's our main entrance to the house, so I had to get it fixed. I googled garage door repair and after looking at some reviews I chose Precision. I made an appointment and Carlos came to the rescue. He was very friendly and after informing me what he needed to do, I agreed. He is a hard worker and was very thorough with not only replacing the spring with a double spring system, but looking over the rest of the door for other problems. Got it done quickly and was on the way to another call. Thank you.

Patrick Stephens gave me a call about an hour before arriving to confirm I was at home. He called 15 minutes before arriving. He looked at the problem (broken spring) and mentioned that some of the rollers were beginning to come out and showed me the problem. He gave me an estimate for just the spring replacement and then with rollers added. Did both. He was friendly, up front, ON TIME, not pushy. Have found me a new door company.

Well let's just say I wasn't to impressed with my service they rescheduled on me twice and when the tech came here he could not do the job alone told me he was leaving to get help and they got back hours later could only do one door before dark then one left and the other tech had to work alone but he was good and he said I needed some kind of door strips to help close the gaps and so now I am still waiting let's just say I'm not paying my balance until the job is finished
