Well let's just say I wasn't to impressed with my service they rescheduled on me twice and when the tech came here he could not do the job alone told me he was leaving to get help and they got back hours later could only do one door before dark then one left and the other tech had to work alone but he was good and he said I needed some kind of door strips to help close the gaps and so now I am still waiting let's just say I'm not paying my balance until the job is finished

The sales person Victor McGruder was very nice and professional. We bought a garage door and an opener. I liked the idea that it could be operated from a smart phone. What I did not like, I was not told that more equipment would be needed. The door installer, David, was very helpful and professional. He did a good job and did it quickly. I have used Precision Door twice and highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend using this company. Got me in the same day i called, tech was on time and was very knowledgeable. Plan on replacing my garage door in a few years and i will be calling them back to have them install it.

Jonatan delivered great service and was a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Jonatan called and set up the time that he would arrive , was on time and explained in detail what had to be done to fix (what I thought) was a broken garage door opener. He explained that the door was the issue. He explained what needed to be repaired and finished the job in a timely manner. Thanks Jonatan for a job well done! I will definitely call Precision again and ask for Jonatan if I have any future service needs.

I can not say more about these outstanding guys. They were out to my house ahead of time and took time to explain what the problem was with my garage door and then went about fixing the problem. I highly recommend Precision. Customer service was top-notch all the way around from the time they called to set up an appointment through the completion of the job. John and his assistant completed the work quickly and thoroughly and took the time to explain what was needed as well as what may be needed further down the road. The price was very fair. Based on my experience, I will do business with Precision again in a heartbeat.

Our tech, John, showed up right when he said he would. He was knowledgable, friendly and didn't try to oversell me in my hour of need. We were in a bind since the cold weather caused our spring to break on a Sunday morning, precision door gladly came out on the weekend.
