The tech was very nice. The door wasn't working properly when I called for service but when he came out to check it, the door worked just fine. He checked it over but found nothing wrong. He was exceptionally nice about it.

Our 30 year old garage door decided to stop working on Sunday of Labor Day weekend with both cars inside. I googled garage door repair, read about the company and the reviews. I'M SO GLAD I CHOSE PRECISION! The technician was here on time, he looked over the door and explained in detail everything he needed to do. We were given an estimate before any work was done. Asa was extremely nice and very knowledgeable! He knows garage doors! We will definitely use your service again and highly recommend you to friends and family!

Mike Brickner and his Assistant came out on a Friday afternoon from Ft Worth to Carrollton within minutes of my call to the office. I got an estimate for a single spring replacement of $149 from your phone person.When the tech called me from the jobsite, he told me I needed both springs because the old one would likely fail beside the new one and that the springs were $199 each not $149 because of the door weight and spring wire size needed. I did not really believe that as the door is a cheap builder grade door. In the end I went with 2 springs to end what was becoming a lengthy although friendly argument. Also, I was not onsite as this is a rental property. I felt going into this that it was going to be much more than I anticipated, and it was. I see complete new 16x7 ft doors installed for $600-$700 in the Valuepac coupon mailings I get every month, so I find it difficult to understand how 2 springs can cost $400.

Garage door won’t open. At my age, I could not use manual one. Thus, I needed the same day service. Contacted the two companies who served before. They could not accommodate. Saw your flyer that mentioned same day service. Called you . Hurray! Sam came within 4 hours and finished the job in about 45 minutes. Thank you

Don't do business with these folks. They came out and surveyed my house and gave me and estimate, I paid 1/2 down, they scheduled an install date, and they left. They did not tell me anything about site prep for the installer. When the guy showed up to do the install he refused to install because there were some boxes in his way. In stead of taking a little time to move the boxes out of his way he cancelled the install. As far as I am concerned they are in breach of contract by not install the door on the agreed time and date.

Incredibly fast service at warp speed and on a Sunday too! So convenient! My garage door opener needed to be replaced and the service tech Sam who came over was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had the new mechanism installed in less than 45 minutes. He took the time to show me how it worked and connect it up to be operated remotely in my car and with my phone. Great company fast, reliable, and friendly! I highly recommend them for all your garage door opener needs!

Had a situation where the chain had fallen off the sprocket. My home warranty (Nations Home Warranty) would not cover that and so called Precision door. Came on time the next morning. Evaluated the situation and indicated that the root cause was that the spring was weak and the motor rotator had broken and would need replacement. Since my home warranty does cover this kind of repair/replacement, I decided to get the repairs done under the warranty program. Precision Doors were very courteous and said if Nations contracts with them, to let them know and if not, get the repairs done from whoever they contract with. They did not charge me anything for coming out and evaluating what was wrong. I call that Service at it's best!

The tech was professional and on time. He was at my house 45 minutes and that included paperwork. He reset spring tension and sprayed rollers. I felt $350 was rather high for very little labor and no parts. I will be hesitant to call or recommend Precision again.

I did a google search and also a BBB search and saw they were accredited. The people I spoke with on the phone, the tech, Nick, and the installer, David were all very friendly and cheerful. They made the whole experience very easy when I did buy the door. Installation was the next day after Deciding that I needed a new garage door. I definitely will recommend this company.

Kelvin was excellent. Gave me 3 options and didn’t pressure me for the highest price opener. Once the decision was made he went to work on Installation. After about 45 minutes to an hour it was done. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I give my highest praise and thank him for his hard work.

Having had garage door repairs performed on several occasions, their original work was extensive as others had just put "bandaid repairs on the door while Brad told me up front that the door was in really bad condition and needed extensive (and expensive!) repairs. Although I was surprised at the high price, I felt much better after watching the work being performed and the number of old, incorrect parts that had been used in the past! After spending about $1,200 on the overhaul of the door and seeing how customers were supported from that point on, I felt relieved and quite satisfied. 14 months later (03-03-2018), I had a roller come off the track and called Precision. They sent Brad out the next day along with an assistant and he did several door adjustments, realigning the door and track. When he finished I was presented with an invoice for $0.00, and thanked for being a customer! It doesn't get any better than that!! An incorrectly adjusted garage door or opener is dangerous and can be a true safety hazard to the family. Although the fix may be a bit expensive, the work these guys do and their continuing customer support is priceless! Thanx Guys!!

I would give 5 stars to Jonalan Jaldin. The overall cost was more than I originally thought, not Jonalan's fault, but he clearly explained what he saw and recommended to get my garage door operating the way it should. It was my choice to have him install the necessary components. My 'lifetime' rollers sounded like a can of bb's rolling around, so that was a good addition on top of the spring replacement.
