I would give 5 stars to Jonalan Jaldin. The overall cost was more than I originally thought, not Jonalan's fault, but he clearly explained what he saw and recommended to get my garage door operating the way it should. It was my choice to have him install the necessary components. My 'lifetime' rollers sounded like a can of bb's rolling around, so that was a good addition on top of the spring replacement.

Jonathan did a great job. Courteous and on time (early in my two hour window). Didn't have the rollers I needed for my door but had time later in the day when it fit in my schedule and came and finished the job. Second time I've used your company and will definitely use you again.

They were the best! I called at 11:50am for a garage repair and they quoted me someone would be out between 12 and 2 that same day! Ryan was my technician, and he was awesome. You are way too expensive. You charge $195 even if it involves just tightening two screws holding the laser beam bracket. I paid a replacement of broken spring for $125 with another company before. It took him more than an hour. But your minimum charge is $195?, which was never mentioned before work began.

Precision Door Service is one of the best companies I have dealt with recently. They replaced my garage door in early January, and although the technician who replaced the door mislead me, Raymond set the record straight. Raymond was honest and explained to me everything the other guy didn't. He checked my original invoice and came back and installed the items the other guy "missed". I give Raymond 5 Stars, he is honest, prompt, and very friendly. He is definitely an asset to the company. When calling back for any other garage door needs, I will definitely ask for Raymond to come to my home. Thank you, Raymond, you turned a bad experience into a pleasant one :)
