I appreciate not being pressured to purchase something I didn't really need and couldn't afford. John was excellent, he listened to my needs and worked with me to find an option within my budget. My installer Steven was awesome as well, he was courteous and respectful of my property and did a perfect install. I am thrilled with my beautiful new garage door. Thank you guys so much!

This company is most corrupt garage door service provider you could hire. They practice deceptive business practices by both their employees and management. Once onsite, the technician will rattle off a plethora of dollar numbers at you, chuckle about how fast he can fix it, and then hit you with an astronomical bill! But when you question it, he asks for cash instead, and states he’ll report it as a “no repair”. When you pay the $600+ dollars, because you don’t think you have any honest persons option, and call to challenge it with the office, you get lies from the management. I did call, I was promised a refund, and that they would deal with their questionable employee…non of which happened. The area manager promised to fix it, and didn’t. They seem to have no qualms with taking advantage of senior citizens, and I can attest to that. I reached out to the Texas state attorney general about this groups deceptive practices, but they make it just as difficult to get assistance. Don’t hire these people unless you’re ready to spend exorbitant amounts of money for a few minutes of work from a cackling unprofessional technician.

Was very impressed with this technician that came out to help me with my garage door opener. I had been told by two other companies that I needed to replace the opener. This technician actually made a small adjustment to the controller and now it works perfectly. Saved Bunches of money because I only had to pay for a service call and not a whole new opener.

Came out , was a little early was ok I guess but would have liked if came at exact time, showed up in a wreck truck said he got someone , not to cool to show up in a wrecked truck, was a little worried , but said was just normal noise for the metal door did not make up a problem to get money , did appreciate that, and helped me open plastic part that a light bulb burned the plastic , that was kind and helpful , just hope he gets that truck fixed not really a good first impression lol! Waiting until the install is done before I give 5 stars, but I can tell you that the quote and order process is 4 stars. Fast scheduling of a quote visit. Tryton, our rep, was within the time period quoted to arrive. He called to say he was on the way, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable about the products and services, and answered all my questions. He explained next steps and was everything one could ask for in a sales representative. Would definitely recommend!

Tryton Coe, can't remember the other young man that came over and repaired my garage door. They were on time, very well experienced and recommenced repairs that I went and had done. Would highly recommend Precision Door Service for repairing and maintaining your garage door.

Just a word to report what a wonderful experience we had with Precision Door and Tryton Coe, their service man. Not only did Tryton come in the evening, but he was in good spirits and congenial. He saw the problem and went to work immediately. He knew exactly what he was doing and was done and cleaned up in less that 45 min. Our garage door system is quieter and smoother that ever. I had heard about this company through "Next Door" or perhaps a neighbor. I then looked on the web site and called them. It seemed they were friendly folks and I had them send "JOE" out. He diagnosed the problem within 7-8 minutes, if that. We had him do the work (which took about 20 minutes or so) and door was back to working! It was just fixed yesterday but is supposed to have a 5 year warranty, and since that is the case, I would believe it will be working for some time. I went to Google to find someone to fix my garage door. I liked what I saw about Precision and they gave me a time frame, I was amazed that the tech was here on time.
