I used Precision 5 or 6 years ago to replace our old garage door. The service and the product was excellent. One of the springs broke on this one, and I went back to your website to schedule the repair. Your technician, Evan Strauss was excellent. He was on time, explained in detail what he could do to repair the problem, exactly what the cost was, and also gave me some additional options. He got the repair done in only an hour. I will recommend your company to any of my friends who should need repair or replacement of their garage doors.

Whole experience was excellent. Got an appointment quickly, love the online option. The team at precision makes great use of technology while keeping the experience human. Got an email once I made the appt with photos of the possible techs who would be arriving. Marco was our tech, he called to let us know when he would arrive within the appt window and arrived exactly when he said he would. Marco was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to address our issues effectively. He fixed the broken spring that was our primary issue and pretty much rehabbed the whole door so that it is now whisper quiet raising and lowering. Previously it was wake the dead noisy. Would absolutely recommend Precision, and would use them again. We are pretty picky and these guys are well deserving of the solid reviews.

2016 you replaced springs and garage door opener. Was to come with lifetime warranty for parts and labor yet when spring broke I had to pay for replacement even though I had proof of the lifetime warranty. It appears your company found a way to make the warranty null and void due to not replacing center and end bearings during the inital 2016 install.

Job done professionally and and completed in 45 minutes. I have a business and understanding making money. I think $90 per hour is fair compensation. Was curious when there was no service fee to come out and charging $229.00 ($32.00 highest $ on line) garage door sensors is laughable after paying $90.00 for 45 minutes and I say 1 hour adding transport time. I negotiated $250.00 after a quote of 389.00 since didn’t want to leave for a day with wife leaving town not done or would have ordered part at $24.00 and done myself. They did good work but will not use them again. I think the hourly rate should be sufficient without gauging the parts

This company is most corrupt garage door service provider you could hire. They practice deceptive business practices by both their employees and management. Once onsite, the technician will rattle off a plethora of dollar numbers at you, chuckle about how fast he can fix it, and then hit you with an astronomical bill! But when you question it, he asks for cash instead, and states he’ll report it as a “no repair”. When you pay the $600+ dollars, because you don’t think you have any honest persons option, and call to challenge it with the office, you get lies from the management. I did call, I was promised a refund, and that they would deal with their questionable employee…non of which happened. The area manager promised to fix it, and didn’t. They seem to have no qualms with taking advantage of senior citizens, and I can attest to that. I reached out to the Texas state attorney general about this groups deceptive practices, but they make it just as difficult to get assistance. Don’t hire these people unless you’re ready to spend exorbitant amounts of money for a few minutes of work from a cackling unprofessional technician.
