We had problems with our garage door for many weeks, and finally on a Sunday afternoon it gave out. We called and quickly set up an appointment for that day. Out technician ( Tim ) arrived on time and quickly started work. Professional, courteous and most importantly very knowledgable. After he walked me through the work that he had done, he generously took the time to explain what I should and should not do for maintenance. I only wish that they did other home repairs so my family could use them again and again.

Josh was great. We have an older system and had issues because of how it was re-installed during a renovation. Josh did an outstanding job working through the challenges and I recommend him without question.

Garage door would not close. Precision Service Man found that a previous company had installedc the wrong springs. Precision installed the proper springs and replaced the rollers. The door now works as it is supposed to. The Precision Service men did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend these people.

Doors were supposed to be installed 9/22/15, received phone call day prior that manufacturer only ordered one instead of all 3 and that we would be installed today, 9/28/15 and that tech would arrive around 9:30. I called around 9:40 since no one showed up and was told that a voicemail was left about truck running late and that install would not be until tomorrow, my phone shows no voicemail or missed call. Will I be receiving my doors, or did I just throw away $1,500.00?

Great service, no parts to buy, the serviceman was upfront with the problem. One cable had come separated from the roller. He reattached it, put garage door lubricant on the moving parts. Quick, efficient no nonsense repair. Perfect! We'll use your service in the future. Thank You!

Needed a more secure, upgraded system immediately. I searched online and called. I thought since it was a Saturday I would have problems finding anyone that would be able to come out and not charge me extra for the weekend service. Precision Door answered and sent a tech out within 30-45 min of my call! The techs were more than helpful and professional. This was somewhat of an emergency situation and I could not be more grateful for the fast response and kindness. I would highly recommend Precision Door and tech Timothy C-Vaughn!!!

Around 10 on Saturday morning, my garage door spring broke. I called the company that usually service it but they couldn't come until Monday. Another company couldn't come until 3-6 pm. I called Precision and he arrived at noon and it was completed by 12:30. He was friendly and provided excellent service. I will be using Precision again.

Michael was very professional, polite and informative. He was very patient in explaining everything to me. I am so pleased that I selected this company to replace my broken spring on my garage door. The don't just replace a part and call it done. They really know what they are doing and care about the quality of their products and service. He didn't try to sell me anything. He wasn't pushy but merely gave me good advice for my situation and let me make the decisions. He repaired my broken spring and installed a new garage door opener system. I am so glad I didn't have anyone else do these jobs for me. The new garage door opener is really nice and quiet. I couldn't' be happier and I know who I will call the next time I need their service. I chose Precision because they were listed in Angie's list. The representative who came to my home quickly assessed the situation and gave me options. Repair or replace. I chose replace because he explained how quiet and efficient the new garage door motor would be compared to the one I had. He did NO pressure sale, as I am intelligent for an old lady and figured out for myself what I needed and wanted. He finished the job in an hour, explained the operation of the door and was unusually polite in his interactions with me. I would definitely recommend this company again. I will say the young man surprised me with his knowledge and training. Hopefully his company is giving him a raise soon!!

I regularly see a Precision Garage Door truck in my neighborhood so when we got tired of our opener acting up, we gave them a call. We called on Wednesday afternoon, the service man arrived around 6pm and by 730 we had a new opener installed. Reasonably priced, 10 yr guarantee, unbelievably quiet, and same day service. The installer was friendly, courteous & professional, expert knowledge of his products, quick quality work with no mess left behind. This is excellent customer service that is ultra rare these days.
