After hours emergency repair. Quick response. Called around 8 PM, and a technician arrived at 9:30 PM. Garage door was stuck on one side and off the track and elevated on the other side. Repair took about 30 minutes, and garage door is working as before. Prompt, professional, and friendly.

I contacted Precision after reviewing the online ad and comparing the information to other local businesses. Upon calling Precision I was surprised to learn a technician was available. The technician, Joshua A-Lawless, arrived at my home thirty minutes later. Joshua was very thorough with his inspection of all aspects of the door. In addition to the broken spring he showed me the ball bearings and recommended that I replace them. He was very patient and took time to answer my questions and concerns. I was very surprised at how quickly Joshua was able to complete all of the repairs and lubrication of the various points on the door. The door opened and closed much quieter than before the repairs. Joshua explained this was due to replacing the ball bearings. I am very pleased with the repair as well as the competence demonstrated by my technician. Thank you for making this a positive experience with your company.

I had a broken garage door spring repair done today. My technician Tim and his assistant Ryan did an awesome job. They called me to let me know they were on their way and gave me a time when they would arrive. They explained everything to me and also to my husband who was on the phone from work at the time. They went over my options for the repair and then repaired it right away. After the job was complete they showed me everything they did and told me if I had any other questions to let them know. Tim also put a sticker on the inside of my garage door so I would be able to contact them easily. I would recommend them to anyone who may need a repair, service or new garage door. I am very happy choosing Precision to install my garage door opener! I had called one other company prior to and was very unsatisfied with the customer service I received over the phone. I had questions that weren't answered and the phone call was rushed. Whomever I spoke with was extremely pushy and didn't have any interest in helping me. Precision was different, very friendly and prompt. Joshua and Isaac came out, both were knowledgeable and helpful! The install was fast and both worked very efficiently. They make a great team! I chose Precision Because I had my springs replaced in 2015 by the company and they did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything before they left. That's why I chose them again. I called again this morning 03/14/2016 and they were very responsive and courteous. The worker came and completed all the work in a timely manner and was very professional and courteous and cleaned up after the work, I would recommend anyone to call for repairs or replacement.
