I've been struggling with an old garage door opener, I expected to buy a new one when I called Precision. When Jon came out, the fix was a simple one, it may only give it a few more months but it gives us a chance to budget for the new one he suggested and we'll definitely buy it from Precision. It was a great feeling to be helped and not feel 'sold', that's rare but it builds trust and loyalty. Jon is a superstar.

I had Precision come & replace the garage door opener in September 2020. They were professional and very nice. Price was great & was very happy with my experience. Well, one of the springs busted this past week. Decided to call them on Friday about 4 in the afternoon. They came out the next day & were done in about an hour. Great price & customer service again. I'm impressed & will recommend to anyone needing this type of work.

Our garage door is quieter and operates more smoothly since his repair. I also want to comment that I contacted 4 different websites that morning. This website offered more information answering questions the others couldn't or wouldn't over the phone. THEN calling Precision, a real live human answered the phone answering more questions (unlike some others where technology reined completely-no personal voice or customer service at all).
