Fast, efficient, professional! I called at 9:30 am with a garage door that was half down and badly bent tracks. I was going out of town at 2pm. Chris was at my house by 10:30 and had everything better than before by 12. I will certainly call again with any and all garage door work.

What a wonderful experience. Rick was so nice and professional. He seemed concerned about the issues I had . I used another company initially , but I waisted my money. Rick was very knowledgeable. He knew actually what was going with my door and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was worried in the beginning due to my past experience, but Rick was confident; which made me feel so much better. These repairs are not cheap. Thank you for sending me a exceptional technician!!!!

I had to called then 3 times in less than a year to come fix the garage door that was not repaired properly. Every time they came visit they wanted me to pay for new things that didn’t work. Besides it was too expensive. I don’t recommend this company.

My garage door did not work last Friday morning. I contacted Precision at 9am and Austin was at our home by 2pm. Springs had broken and he completely repaired within an hour and provided an inspection and lube at no additional cost. Very impressed by this company and understand why they consistently get 5 stars.

We had a new garage door opener installed today by technician Asa Reeves. Asa did an excellent job and worked through several minor issues. This was a new install in an older home that had been prewired years ago. Asa was very pleasant and answered all my questions and thoroughly explained all features of the new opener. My wife and I both are very impressed by Asa and his friendly and professional conduct. If all technicians are equal to Asa we will be a loyal Precision customer.

Expensive and charged over $250 to spray a chain and not even open the motor or look at inside. Do maintenance yourself to save that. Also was told there was no charge to come out and got billed $49.00 for a trip fee. $200 was apparently to spray the chain with lube. Will not use again.

Within the time frame provided for the appointment, the servicemen called to alert me to their arrival in 10-15 minutes and then called me again upon arrival. They were professional and courteous, explaining in some detail the work required, the associated costs, and the approximate time to complete. I will not call any other door company when future replacement, service, or repair work is needed.

There was no service call fee, but at the end they put outrageous amount for repairing my electric gate. I believe I could have done this for half the price , if I shopped around more. I doubt I will call them again.

I googled garage door repair. I was impressed by same day service, drug tested employees with background check. When I called the person was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. They were very prompt and professional. Didn't try to sell me anything else. I will definitely call again should I need a repair and I will recommend you all to anyone else needing a repair!!

Beware! This company tried to rip me off. Recommended a complete gate opener replacement for $2500. I double checked the technician the following day and found out that the battery was bad, which I replaced. Works fine now. So, I fixed it for $100. Do NOT call this company for your repairs.

Mr. Rose, Thank you for taking the time to inform us of your experience. While our technicians follow a checklist for troubleshooting, it appears we have missed our mark. Human error appears to be the factor in this case, not intentionally trying to misrepresent the diagnosis. Battery voltage was checked and came in at 13.8 volts, voltage was traveling properly though the logic board and into the actuator arm pointing the problem toward the actuator arm itself. We truly apologize for the experience and the mistake.

I live in a country neighborhood outside of Crowley and have a gate across my drive. When leaving today, the gate opened but would only close part way before I left. The remote's battery was still good so I got out of the car and tried the button on the black box but it would not close. I looked online and your company was the only one open and when I called, the young lady said she could have a service man at my house in a couple of hours. I couldn't believe it! A very nice young man, Joe Allen, called and let me know when he was headed my way and was here within the time I had been promised. He quickly determined the problem was the battery and made arrangements to come back Monday with a new battery. Hopefully, that will be all the repair needed. I so appreciate him coming out so quickly and removing the lock off of the gate so I could move it manually until he gets the new battery installed. The young lady on the phone and Joe couldn't have been more courteous. I will use your company to do a yearly check up now. Thank you so much! Sorry, the service performed field was not listed but it was required so I just checked one.
