Great experience, service technician was professional and knowledgeable. I had a service needed on a Sunday, made same day service call request and was able to have my garage door back in great “NEW” shape same day. Lifetime guarantee of parts shows confidence in their products. New Springs, Rollers and cables along with door adjustments were under $600... not bad to me for a Sunday service.. I highly recommend..

The spring on my garage door broke trapping my car in the garage. I called Precision and they had someone out that afternoon. Patrick called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived when he stated. He replaced the springs, roller, cable, center bearing and drum. No mess, no hassle just a job well done.

I like like your prompt service. Although their wasn't anything wrong wrong with my door, except to reset the reset button The mechanic seemed to be knowledgeable at what he was doing. After the spring on our garage door broke we had called a few different garage door repair companies. The next day after no one had returned our call, I found Precision online and called them. They were able to get a technician (Chris) out to us in Aledo that same day, gave us a quote and did the repairs right then and there. I got a quick appointment on a Sunday and they were here on time and called prior to them getting here. Sam came in and reviewed the broken springs and replaced the spring and added a second one and was in and out in 30 minutes! Very nice, courteous and informative. The price was very good for 2 new springs and the work involved.
