I asked for a bid only that was supposed to be free of charge. The technician was efficient to quote a price. A short time later, I receive an invoice by email, i.e. implying that I had placed an order. I most assuredly did not place an order yet as the quote has to be approved by my insurance first. I'm still waiting for the correction of the problem by email.

I called Precision Door at 10:00 AM today. They promised service between 10 and 2 (same day). Logan called about 10:30 AM and said he be here at 12:00 noon. Logan was great: timely, friendly, knowledgeable, fixed the issue, etc. Great experience. Would clearly recommend to anyone in need of garage door service or installation. Thx Y'all!

When I returned from being out of town, my garage door would not open. It was a broken spring. I searched for a local company that was local and I found Precision and their credentials met my needs. Precision did a great job. Our service tech Evan was fantastic. He explained all the options to us and was very honest about what was and wasn't necessary. There was no pressure to buy anything we didn't need which was great. Plus the service was super fast. All in all our garage door went from being broken to almost brand new in about an hour and a half.

My garage door needed both the torsion springs replaced after loosing all of their tension. I called Precision at 2:00 PM and a service technician, Drey was here by 4:00 PM the same day. Drey was great to work with and his work awesome. I think it only took about 30 or 40 minutes and my garage door was back up and running. Yes the parts are expensive but you really can tell the quality is worth every scent. Will highly recommend Precision to others.

Had two new doors and operators. 4 months later one completely came off track due to cable lock on one side due what appeared to be improper installation of the track. They came out and the tech (who was nice and just doing his job) quoted me $1,100 to fix it. I asked why it was not covered under warranty and he called two supervisors who both did not hesitate to blame us and said if it was their fault then it would’ve happened earlier, so it must have been our fault. The tech agreed there was no damage to door and it really was not our fault.

Your technician did a wonderful job. When he arrived last night for the repair, the door was working fine and opening and closing without any issue. He tightened the chain and left. About 20 minutes later, my daughter pulled into the garage and the door started having the issue again with not closing. I called the tech back, and he turned around and came back. By this time, it was around 9:30 p.m. I was impressed by him dedication and attitude. I am sorry, I didn't get his name but he was from Florida.
