Precision was recommended by my former realtor. I could not have been more pleased. Appt made quickly. Service technician, Alex, was professional, kind, had his mask on, respectful of my retired military status (discount included) and completed job promptly. Pointed out other repairs needed later on, not emergent like the spring repair. Definitely will be calling again. Thank you!

We had a broken garage door spring on a holiday (of course). I filled out the online contact form and had a call from Precision within 5 minutes to schedule for the following day. I was so thrilled about the quick response and ease of making a timely appointment.

Spring broke on 1500 sq ft one story home in Keller suburb. Simple aluminum garage door. Given estimate of $149-$249 depending on door. Final charge was $559.98! Spring $250, 1” steel bearing $60, Mini(no idea what this is) $40, labor $199 and $10.98 fee to pay by credit card!

Joe Allen was very professional and did a great job. He call before to let me know he was still at another site but would still come today. After showing up after 7pm, he was knowledgeable, explained the issue and completed it by 9pm. 5 stars for service but rating 4 overall based on value.

Found on internet ''No Fee caught my eye '' From Candice on the phone arranging to CHRIS tech installer . BOTH are Keepers, I'm retired but forte was upper mgmt. so with a lot of volition I say they ARE keepers due to their courtesy, professionalism, and conversing and informing. Our technician, Joe, arrived on time ready help us out of a serious predicament. With both cars parked inside, one of the torsion springs on our 500 lb wood paneled garage door broke making it impossible to raise the door. Precision Door offered same day service and Joe was able to replace all four springs in about an hour so we were able to keep our scheduled appointments. Excellent 5-star service. Would highly recommend.

Sam just left. replaced the spring on my double door. Was very professional and did it quickly. The cost was HALF of the other bid for which I am very grateful. Told the other vendor to take a hike. Also, lifetime warranty sure beats the 3 year warranty that OTHER company gives. The door itself along with the rails is close to needing replacement. He gave us a quote for that and we will be calling you soon. I'll be recommending your company in our NextDoor website. It is so refreshing to get excellent service at a good price. Thank you!

I appreciate April sending Sam to work with the other fella. The other fella was a bit nervous and his work had to be redone as the rails on the initial install were not put in plumb (level) so the movement of the wheels created additional noise. Sam corrected but we had to have someone take pictures and then a great deal of discussion with Eric. So although ended well with same correcting, it should have been installed correctly the first time and created a lot of energy and time on my part for something where a professional installer would ensure the rails and movement were minimal. Bit disappointed in the big door noise that although a thicker metal the door movement and panels create more noise than expected and discussed. Again, appreciate Eric and Sam's help in correcting the small door issue; however, should not have ever happened. Rating - b

5 STAR COMPANY We were so impressed with the promptness, efficiency and thoroughness of Patrick. We just bought this house and knew something wasn't quite right with the door. Patrick found what the inspector missed. The rod was holding on by one screw. Huge safety issue. He went right to work, fixed the problem, and kept me informed during the process. He was professional and although the problems were more extensive than we thought, it hums along quietly now. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!!
