When I made the appointment on the phone the schedulers were completely professional and very pleasant. The technician who serviced us though was very arrogant, dismissive and frankly did not seem to have a lot of knowledge. We had universal remotes that said they were compatible with the brand of garage doors we have. He told us they wouldn't work. Then when we pointed out on the box that they were compatible he seemed surprised but then agreed. We have used a different garage door repair company in the past and will be going back to them. When we asked if he would program the remotes he said yes, then shot back at me, "it's $50 a door per remote." That would have been $400 to simply program the remotes. The other company always did it for free. We will not be calling again.

The spring broke on one of our garage doors. So, I searched the internet, found Precision and called them based on their reviews and the fact that the company is veteran run. Two hours after I called for service, the technician, Jon D., arrived. He quickly assessed the problem, told me what was needed, provided a cost estimate and made the appropriate repair in only 45 minutes. He also did a check on the other garage door to ensure it didn't have any issues and it did not. Jon D. was professional, personable, courteous and very efficient. Based on my experience today, I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend their services.

The Service Tech who arrived was Jonatan. Very nice professional young man. He asked what seemed to be the problem and we discussed what I had tried and experienced prior to his arrival. Jonatan checked several things and then explained to me what the main problem was and a couple of other issues that should be addressed. The garage door opener unit was inoperative and needed replaced. Jonatan had 3 units to choose from. He removed and replaced the opener system and mounted it better than the previous opener. Changed out the springs which were the wrong size for the door, balanced the door, and lubed the door. He also programmed my other compatible remotes I had. All this in less than 2 hours and earlier than the set appointment time. He cleaned up everything after he was finished went over some of the warranty and asked if I had any other questions. Jonatan was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Excellent service throughout. I would recommend this company as their techs are experienced and come prepared to fix the problem.

First off I guess I made a mistake asking a company that it appears from your web site that your basic business is to work on garage doors not gate closures. Just a few issues with your service: on the initial visit it went alright until it came time to pay. The tech offered my wife several ways to pay for the service (check, cash or credit card) she choose credit card but the only problem with that was he never told her there would be a 2% convenience charge. On the second trip out to actual do the work - we were sent an email saying our appointment would take place between 8 -10. I called at 11 and asked what had happen and the lady told me that my appointment had been changed to 12 -2. Only problem no one let us know. I called back at 1 to see when the tech was coming and the lady told me it maybe another hour and a half. While I was on hold the tech called on my cell phone and told me that he would be there in about 40 min. I think he showed up before 2. Upon completing the repair he asked my wife where the pin that hold the arm to the gate and I told her it was in the gate. Of course they could not find it. I asked her to ask him to call the tech that originally came out to see if he had mistakenly taken it. He called him and of course he said he did not. Bottom line not a real good experience. Even this form is only set up for garage door work.

We had a broken garage door spring on a holiday (of course). I filled out the online contact form and had a call from Precision within 5 minutes to schedule for the following day. I was so thrilled about the quick response and ease of making a timely appointment.

Spring broke on 1500 sq ft one story home in Keller suburb. Simple aluminum garage door. Given estimate of $149-$249 depending on door. Final charge was $559.98! Spring $250, 1” steel bearing $60, Mini(no idea what this is) $40, labor $199 and $10.98 fee to pay by credit card!

Joe Allen was very professional and did a great job. He call before to let me know he was still at another site but would still come today. After showing up after 7pm, he was knowledgeable, explained the issue and completed it by 9pm. 5 stars for service but rating 4 overall based on value.

Our technician, Joe, arrived on time ready help us out of a serious predicament. With both cars parked inside, one of the torsion springs on our 500 lb wood paneled garage door broke making it impossible to raise the door. Precision Door offered same day service and Joe was able to replace all four springs in about an hour so we were able to keep our scheduled appointments. Excellent 5-star service. Would highly recommend.
