This was the second time. I have called on. Precision to help with a problem. The first was to replace the cable that snapped. I was able to have a tech to replace it on the same day it happened. I was thrilled with his promptness but also with how well it works now. This week my remote didn’t function at a time I needed to get to my water aerobics class. When my Grandson came to check on me his remote didn’t work so I called for help. The price quoted was given and I needed to check on funds but the tech helped schedule a next day appointment so that I could feel ok . The tech Chris came and performed an amazing feat of replacing the ceiling opener done so smoothly and in a short time that I was thrilled. The new opener functions quieter and .smoothly. Tylor Morse worked very nice & beautifully. But I think the problem is in the company. The price of the garage door opener of Genie 2128 installed today is only $ 345.35 but I paid $1,020 all together. Most of them is labor charge. Tylor worked only exactly 45 min. Isn't it ridiculous? Not easy to recommend this company to my neighbors.

That should be common, but we’ve experienced some very unprofessional companies here. Evan was polite, explained everything clearly, let me know exactly what was going on and explained why my garage door wasn’t working. And problems to look for in the future. Precision installed our last garage door opener purchased from a big box store. When our motor quit this morning (with the door open) we needed help fast. I didn’t realize it was over 10 years old! Whole experience was excellent. Got an appointment quickly, love the online option. The team at precision makes great use of technology while keeping the experience human. Got an email once I made the appt with photos of the possible techs who would be arriving. Marco was our tech, he called to let us know when he would arrive within the appt window and arrived exactly when he said he would. Marco was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to address our issues effectively. He fixed the broken spring that was our primary issue and pretty much rehabbed the whole door so that it is now whisper quiet raising and lowering. Previously it was wake the dead noisy. Would absolutely recommend Precision, and would use them again. We are pretty picky and these guys are well deserving of the solid reviews.

When one of our springs broke in the evening, it also damaged our door opener. Precision scheduled us in the next morning. They replaced both springs as requested & installed a new opener. Our installer was on time, answered all questions & did a good job.
