I contacted Precision through website, then received return call in 5 minutes. Tech showed up in 2 hours from initial contact. He explained me what happened in existing motor. It made great sense. Then he recommended a couple of options. I picked second option - replace entire motor and peripheral of his recommendation, instead of fixing existing. Tech completed all jobs in 2 hours as he promised, with very clean installation. I was really impressed the responsiveness and quality of the service. Highly recommended.

Precision Doir was the ONLY company who would service my need of garage door repair as early as 9/9:30 pm. After an hour of trying to fix my garage door myself I decided that a professional was needed to do the work. How right I was as the repair entailed much more than I thought. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. My repairman, Timothy, arrived a little after 10:30 AM as requested. He did not reek of smoke or body odor. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and finished the job very quickly. I wish all repairmen were as nice and qualified as Timothy. It was a pleasure to have him work on my garage door and I will continue to use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for all future issues I may encounter with my garage door. Outstanding work! My technician was cool, he was professional and courteous, fixed my broken spring in no time, very happy and all that, nevertheless a little sour grape taste in my mind, because the girl on the phone quoted 150-250 range for broken spring, it turned out to be 350. Please train the people on the phones to more accurately quote. A broken spring is a broken spring. Other than that very happy with the service, Highly recommendable.

Joshua came to my house this morning to fix my garage door opener. It got stuck and would not open or shut. He came and took at look at it and said he needed to replace one of the springs with a bigger one. He went to his truck and got a new spring out of it and replaced the other spring within 30 minutes or less. The garage door is now working and I am a happy customer. He did not charge me for the spring since the other one did not work properly. I was so very happy with his help today. By the way, Joshua had come to my house a few months ago to fix another problem with my aging garage door, and he noticed a had a flat tire on my car. I had not noticed it. He voluntarily added some air to my tire so I would not have a flat on my way to get the tire fixed or replaced. I am a widow, so I could never have done that. I appreciate his genuine concern for me and I could not be happier with the service I have gotten from this wonderful company.

service men were the best. BUT, the parts they installed were not. the new gate controller came with a bad circuit board. the mag lock did not work. each time they needed a part, it was not on the truck. they said the office would call with a new install date.. that never happened. i made all the calls , and was put off. it's working now, but i have no confidence in the quality of this product.
