The repairman you sent was awesome! I left both garage openers in the car in my garage. I closed it from inside and there is no key pad on the outside. The garage was built in 1928, so I felt opening it was impossible. He would not give up and finally opened it with a coat hanger. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend you!

Nick , the installer was very polite and did a great job in a short time.Hope they have 10 employees like him The price seems a bit high for replacing a single spring but when you're desperate to open the garage you just pay and move forward.Cost was $481 which included spring,a center bearing, 10 new rollers (optional) Next time I'll hope to be able to drive shop and get the best deal.

Initial booking experience set us on rough start. Sent my appointment to another state and I wasted 2.5 hours waiting for someone that was never coming. The office called me as I was on the line with another agent. They were apologetic and offered other times on Saturday, but they didn't work for me. We rescheduled for Sunday morning with no additional fees being charged for that. Nick was there on time and was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Saw that the garage door was off track and hanging on 1 side with the cable all tangled. He walked me through possible root causes and what he had to do to repair it. Based on my research, I thought the price was fair and he completed the work in less time that I thought. I was very pleased and I would use and/or recommend their service in the future.

The sales person Victor McGruder was very nice and professional. We bought a garage door and an opener. I liked the idea that it could be operated from a smart phone. What I did not like, I was not told that more equipment would be needed. The door installer, David, was very helpful and professional. He did a good job and did it quickly. The door was just stuck with paint I had applied the night before. He didn’t even charge me for the visit and even applied garage door lube to the door to make it run smoother. Outstanding service! I came home to a broken spring and inoperable door at 7:30pm. Got online to your website, and within an hour, you had the most excellent service technician, Jonatan, at my house.
