2016 you replaced springs and garage door opener. Was to come with lifetime warranty for parts and labor yet when spring broke I had to pay for replacement even though I had proof of the lifetime warranty. It appears your company found a way to make the warranty null and void due to not replacing center and end bearings during the inital 2016 install.

Evan came out on a Sunday afternoon and explained everything to me and made the replacements needed. He had everything on his truck already and I did not have to wait for repairs. Job done professionally and and completed in 45 minutes. I have a business and understanding making money. I think $90 per hour is fair compensation. Was curious when there was no service fee to come out and charging $229.00 ($32.00 highest $ on line) garage door sensors is laughable after paying $90.00 for 45 minutes and I say 1 hour adding transport time. I negotiated $250.00 after a quote of 389.00 since didn’t want to leave for a day with wife leaving town not done or would have ordered part at $24.00 and done myself. They did good work but will not use them again. I think the hourly rate should be sufficient without gauging the parts

Was very impressed with this technician that came out to help me with my garage door opener. I had been told by two other companies that I needed to replace the opener. This technician actually made a small adjustment to the controller and now it works perfectly. Saved Bunches of money because I only had to pay for a service call and not a whole new opener.

Came out , was a little early was ok I guess but would have liked if came at exact time, showed up in a wreck truck said he got someone , not to cool to show up in a wrecked truck, was a little worried , but said was just normal noise for the metal door did not make up a problem to get money , did appreciate that, and helped me open plastic part that a light bulb burned the plastic , that was kind and helpful , just hope he gets that truck fixed not really a good first impression lol! Waiting until the install is done before I give 5 stars, but I can tell you that the quote and order process is 4 stars. Fast scheduling of a quote visit. Tryton, our rep, was within the time period quoted to arrive. He called to say he was on the way, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable about the products and services, and answered all my questions. He explained next steps and was everything one could ask for in a sales representative. Would definitely recommend!

Just a word to report what a wonderful experience we had with Precision Door and Tryton Coe, their service man. Not only did Tryton come in the evening, but he was in good spirits and congenial. He saw the problem and went to work immediately. He knew exactly what he was doing and was done and cleaned up in less that 45 min. Our garage door system is quieter and smoother that ever. Chris showed up early and did a fantastic job of explaining my garage door problem to me. He was able to change out an outdated spring system on both of my doors. He was very polite, professional, and cleaned up behind himself. A+ rating to him and Precision Garage Door for a job well done!
