My garage springs broke, and I called for service. Originally, the call time was 10-2pm, but Destinee was able to get Joe out to my residence by 12 and he did an amazing job!!! I felt truly valued by these two amazing individuals!!

Precision installed my garage door about 4 years ago. I was impressed with their service and professionalism. And that impression was reinforced today when I required service, starting with the young woman who answered the phone. Very efficient. I was amazed at how quick the service response was. Joe, the technician, was exceptional. Very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He knew exactly what my issue was and had it working smoothly in less than 10 minutes. Called Precision and one of their techs (Joe) came out the next Morning. Had a simple problem with my sliding gate opener and they were able to help me out and quickly solve the problem. I will call these guys again with any future issues. Thanks guys.

I had heard about this company through "Next Door" or perhaps a neighbor. I then looked on the web site and called them. It seemed they were friendly folks and I had them send "JOE" out. He diagnosed the problem within 7-8 minutes, if that. We had him do the work (which took about 20 minutes or so) and door was back to working! It was just fixed yesterday but is supposed to have a 5 year warranty, and since that is the case, I would believe it will be working for some time. Joe was great today! He came and installed a battery on our gate after he gave us 3 options to choose from according to our budget. He was on time, which was great because I have a busy schedule and gave us quality neighborhood information since we were new to the area that he was a native of. I highly recommend his services again! Will definitely be doing business with him in the future!

My driveway gate was off the track. The Precision technician recommended that I authorize him to do maintenance on the gate to get more bang for the $300 they have to charge. I expected highway robbery and I got it! To get the gate back on track AND do the maintenance took them less than 10 minutes.

I appreciated that Joe contacted me in an attempt to resolve my unsatisfactory experience. of course I appreciate the $90 refund for labor cost. However, $210 is still excessive for approximately 10 minutes worth of labor.

Joe and Josh called to let me know they were on their way. They fixed the problem I was having with my garage door opener and performed maintenance on my doors. The only thing I could suggest is that they would have worn masks as they arrived at the front door. They asked if I would like for them to wear masks and I said yes. In these times, I would have preferred that they arrive with masks. They could certainly take them off as soon as I was not around.

The electric that was run to the electric gate looks poor and will cost me another contractor to fix. Also, the tech did a hack job on my gate and there a bunch or jagged edges now. This was an electric gate install, not garage door

Jonatan delivered great service and was a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Jonatan called and set up the time that he would arrive , was on time and explained in detail what had to be done to fix (what I thought) was a broken garage door opener. He explained that the door was the issue. He explained what needed to be repaired and finished the job in a timely manner. Thanks Jonatan for a job well done! I will definitely call Precision again and ask for Jonatan if I have any future service needs.
