Originally came out 5/25 to fix a problem with the door jumping out of track. Tech showed up on time, said it would take about 45 minutes to fix the problem. He gave me 3 options, ranging in price from about $350 to just below $1,000. Didn't think I needed to replace the door so I went with the one in the middle, $523.23. Replaced the rollers, re-hung the door, greased/lubed/adjusted the tracks and that was it. Started having problems with the door again a few weeks later, it finally jumped the tracks again 6/24. Called them up, they had the tech out 6/26 and he found that one of the lift cables had gotten kinked which caused it to jump out of the pulley tracks. He replaced the cable, re-hung the doors and proceeded to test the hell out of it. In short, yes there was a problem with the first fix but they showed up as soon as possible, fixed it to my satisfaction at no charge and re-set the warranty to start anew from the date of the 2nd. visit. As of now they have a happy camper as a customer .

After an hour of trying to fix my garage door myself I decided that a professional was needed to do the work. How right I was as the repair entailed much more than I thought. I called and made an appointment for the next morning. My repairman, Timothy, arrived a little after 10:30 AM as requested. He did not reek of smoke or body odor. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and finished the job very quickly. I wish all repairmen were as nice and qualified as Timothy. We had problems with our garage door for many weeks, and finally on a Sunday afternoon it gave out. We called and quickly set up an appointment for that day. Out technician ( Tim ) arrived on time and quickly started work. Professional, courteous and most importantly very knowledgable. After he walked me through the work that he had done, he generously took the time to explain what I should and should not do for maintenance. I only wish that they did other home repairs so my family could use them again and again.
